The really nice thing about that equipment,..it NEVER goes bad !!,....I've got stuff I still use,...that I bought new around 1975,....as good today as the day i bought it,....(sure wish they had Craigslist back then!!!)
I agree..I think the rack is about 10-15 years old and I have a Life Fitness bench built in 2003 and both work like new. Way over built but lasts forever.
I'm 56 so I hope I'm still going strong at 63 like you are. The equipment will still be there !!
Thanks..Patience on Craigslist is a valuable lesson I learned from these forums ! I had to cut it down from 96" to 88" to fit in my basement..It weighs 625lbs and the bench weighs 135 lbs..Good workout that day just unloading and set up.

Nice rack! (that's what he said) I have the same rack and love it but you got yours much cheaper. Those lower fixed arms are interesting, they must be custom because I've never seen that before.
EDIT: ok I see you said you added the lower arms

Random find for you Oklahoma people, was searching for someone else and ran across this ad with a couple INTERESTING benches. Looks like he has at least two Nautilus 0-90 benches for $200 a piece, this one has been on my short list with the Cybex 5435 and Hammer Strength. Would buy, paint the frame gunmetal gray, and enjoy :)

That looks beastly..love the zero pad gap

Thanks but I don't do rack pulls so no need. The one thing I am going to do to mine is to add another pair of weight horns.

I just use them for loading plates between deadlift sets..As far as weight horns I was thinking of fabricating a short set for 2.5s on the inside of the rack and just use longer bolts to pass through existing horn-frame-and new horn

CL has a Reflex Lat Pull-down for $150 in my area
https://bn.craigslist.org/spo/d/lat-machine-lat-pulldown/6556511041.html
Seems like a good price for a Lat machine with 250 lb weight stack. Doesn't look like it has low-row though. Would still buy it if I had the space.

I'd buy this at $150 even though I have a nice commercial lat machine.

Well, I almost pulled the trigger on a Legend or Sorinex setup due to some unexpected home repairs, so I decided to keep looking on CL for a while. There is one person that posted a bunch of equipment in my area this morning, what I am interested in is the Elite FTS rack, Westside Reverse Pro Hyper, Elite EFT Pro Back Raise and Elite FTS Adjustable Bench. What are peoples thoughts on price?
I cant post the CL link since I dont have 50 posts. I am in Austin and to find everything he is selling, I searched by Versaclimber. Is there another way I can post this link?

that's made by Pro-Elite. i THINK it's the exact same one that runCMD has and it's almost identical to the one i have. for $200 you need to buy that rack.

Thought it looked like your rack! I'm good, aside from flipping it I would have no use for it. Also sent it to a buddy local, but it needs to land in someone's gym ASAP.

Scheduled the pickup, should have it tonight after work. Honestly, I'm not sure what I'm going to do with this thing LOL. The equipment whore in me want's to set it up and have a dedicated bench rack, but that would require dumping something to make space. I'm happy with my setup so that would be a hard decision, we will see what it looks like later on tonight and go from there.
