I'll tell you one of my secrets.
I would eat until I was past full, it was the only way to feel content. It also helped me sleep. When I decided to lose weight, I switched from food to drinking a lot of water. It really helped make me feel full. One of my friends would eat an entire head of lettuce at night before bed to get that full feeling. You don't need the food as much as you need the feeling, find a way to satisfy it and you'll be golden!
hello followers :), caught strep throat so the past 3 days has been chitayz. one good thing about it is it helped me lose a small amount of weight. just down to 354.0, i missed close to 3 days of work :(, i hate missing work it makes me feel guilty but its best i stay home. all in all things are coming together. The main objective starting today is to try and see how long I can keep updating this daily. if anyone has advice regarding strep throat like meals or any other remedies that'd be awesome. i got some antibiotics and pain meds for it already. i can feel it losing its power over me as i dont have quite the fever anymore but standing up is still a struggle. meaning my muscles ache. i remember losing weight when i was 18 about 50+ pounds, keeping a journal daily has been the main reason i was able to make it. now i have just under 174 pounds before i reach my 180 main weight goal. one new addition i hope to this journal will be "np" meaning Now Playing. here goes.

Wow! I didn’t think I’d miss the first day of the update goal. But let’s not worry. This morning I weighed 252.8. Wow! Maybe the train will finally get the ball rolling. If I’m full I stop eating even if there’s delicious food on my plate, that’s a huge step for me.

Hi folks, this morning I was 351.0, I’m able to sleep at night without eating so that’s cool. Will update tomorrow how I ate.

Hi, I didn’t weigh myself today, and my diet was 1 hotdog for lunch and a can of fruitopia, after I got home 5 cookies, for supper 2 hotdogs 1 apple turnover and a cup of cranberry juice. I don’t know how much calories that all is. I really wanna eat around 2800 calories a day. And tomorrow I’ll be on a school trip that requires eating out. I’ll do my best to count calories though. I’m so lazy though. Tomorrow I’ll eat healthier.

Hi, today was alright, for breakfast I had cornflakes w/ milk, for my 2nd meal I had two lemon tarts and some snack mix, for supper I had Swedish meatballs and mashed potatoes. I’ll try my best to continue journaling. Oh yea I weighed 345 this morning.
Hi hi, today I ate 1 big bag of chips and 3 chicken fingers with a poutine. All day. I wasn’t that hungry so I ate whenever I had to. I’m gonna try sleep without eating. Not the healthiest way to lose weight but im losing.

Hi ananda, 🙂. This morning I was 342.6. That’s not bad. The day ain’t over but I had some cornflakes w/ milk, and some leftover potato chips. Dunno what I’m having for supper.
what up everyone? I'm slowly chuggin along eating anything that i consider food, healthy or not. am now 341.6 as of this morning. im sooo undisciplined its crazy. today i ate a chocolate bar for breakfast, pizza for lunch and sausages with mac and cheese for supper. money is super tight so i eat whatever my parents buy or make. I think my laziness is a product of being overweight and having an illness that doesnt want me to succeed. its all good tho ill make it. so i hope everyone is doing well and reaching pr's and milestones. feels good to be 341 for realuh. take care. :)
