Hiii, this morning I was 339.4, I didn’t eat too much junk today. Maybe a couple handfuls of potato chips. This morning I had all bran cereal with some blueberries, for lunch I had a chicken salad sandwich, then for dinner some shake n bake chicken with beans and stuffing. I only drank water today. Hopefully my sugar goes down too as well as my weight. Good night folks

It's not the end of the world - we all slip here and there. Its all about what you learn from it Most of that weight is probably water. Sometimes when I don't feel like tracking, I try to pay attention to how I feel when I eat, savor the food, stop as soon as I'm satisfied. My issue is with over eating, so stopping before I'm stuffed is a huge deal for me. Control what you can and keep moving forward, growing You're doing great!

Thnx BD! Today I downloaded a new diet app better than mfp. Layne Norton’s carbon diet coach app. I paid $13 for the first month but IMO it is totally worth it. I’m happy I downloaded it. My macros for the time being is protein: 237 fat: 63 carbs: 173. Calories 2205. The interface is easier to navigate. My calories today were 2216 p:192 f:66 c:224
No exercise today check back tomorrow

Sry I haven’t been updating I just think there’s not much to update besides being 336 pounds now. I drink more water and eat less food but no counting anyway I’ll update when I’m 330

Hii everyone, Ive been lazy to count calories and macros. but i was reading some old posts on this thread and Luci said less sugar and starch. I will listen. that'l help with my blood sugar too i know it. i have a tough time saying no to my voices who try to get me to eat at night ruining my deficit. but ill say no to them tonight. ill update tomorrow pce

Hii, I am 335 as of today, my diet has been crap, but what else is new. I rode the exercise bike for 20 minutes and after that my sugar was 9.8 good night

Hi just a quick update, today I am 332 pounds not counting anything or whatever. I think I lose weight cuz I didn’t eat much at night last night. I was stuck at 333 for awhile. I also had diarrhea this morning which sucks. Hopefully I’ll eat better to avoid diarrhea again. Pce

Good job with the weight loss. You've made good progress. One tip i can give is eat plenty of fruit and veg. Hardly any calories and the fibre helps fill you up. Keep going ill be watching your continued progress

Hi everyone, I’m still 335. Still not counting calories or macros. I’m feeling it’s a waste of time. I still eat at night ruining my daily calorie intake. Today I ate 2 slices of toast, 2 chocolate bars, 3 ice cream treats, 3 perogies and some garlic sausage with beans. No exercise. If I was able to not eat after I go to bed I would lose weight. But such is life with this illness. Have a good day and night

Hii! Today I expressed on Twitter my desire to lose weight and my cousin wanted to join me so what better way to begin than with accountability! I weigh 327.0 and our first goal is 5 pounds. Today I ate corn flakes with milk, an orange and a clubhouse sandwich. I am about to eat a freezie that has 70 calories. Tomorrow I will count calories then eventually macros too. After my freezie will jump on the exercise bike for 15 minutes. Tnx for reading!

Hola! Well I’m down to 325.2. Today I will limit my junk food intake to 250 calories a day and I will try eat about 2500 calories a day

Thank you kind sir! Well today is me and my cousin’s weigh in day and my weight is 324.8! Under 325 is good with me. I dunno what his weight is yet but he doesn’t have as much weight to lose as me. Have a good day friends

Hola! Today I am 323.6! I got the 2nd dose of the vaccine yesterday and I feel crappy today. But I know it’s the vaccine working its magic. Sore arm and a fever 🥵 it’s not too bad just uncomfortable. Anywho stay safe bro’s

Hello! I hope everyone is doing well. I am currently 325.2 as of this morning. I am eating anything just not in crazy amounts. I would love to start logging again. maybe not every day but enough to motivate me to make progress. I should start counting calories again, I still deal with a bad mental illness, so I know things wont be perfect and peachy. I still weigh myself in on fridays for my facebook. I hope ya'll are reaching goals and what not. I will see you all later on tomorrow :)

I ate 7 slices of pizza and a jumbo freeze pop. My nutrition needs the most work. I am ashamed of how bad it is.
I rode the exercise bike for 15 minutes, yay!
2x10 dumbbell curls
2x10 over head press
2x10 rows
All 3 exercises were 10 pounds each

I didn’t write down a goal yet, but my overall goal is 200 pounds with 10% body fat, I think I’m about 50% bf at 327. Maybe less bf than that I’m not sure. Not eating at night will determine whether I make progress or not. But I will continue to lift (hopefully) even if I can’t lose weight.

Good day! Today I ate 4 eggs. a spinach, strawberry and blueberry smoothie. A peanut butter and jelly sandwich with bannock. And 9 chicken fingers.
I was on the exercise bike for 25 minutes.
