Same advice as the other poster. Start lifting heavy ass weights and lower calorie around maintanence and then adjust. Bulking only will make you look fatter, dropping the fat and adding muscle is recomp.

Whats mine %?
Fat calipers read 16-17% bf with 3 point measurement
Stats are below:

156-157lbs

The angle lighting and if you are sucking in your gut/flexing. Based on the profile pic, you look around 17% to me.

Height: 6 ' 0''
Weight: 185 lbs
Pictures in body space.
Quick Summary for those who would hear me out:
I started out anywhere from 250-280 lbs in March of 2017. I reached the 180 mark roughly a month or so ago and have been staying at 185-188 ish for the past couple of weeks for one main reason:
I am unsure of my BFP and have no idea where to go from here. Basically, I was wondering if anyone could recommend I should bulk now or continue to cut weight. In the end, I'd like to have an aesthetic yet somewhat bulky physique. Visible abs yet not too shredded. Mainly because I don't feel a shredded physique would be the best route to go due to my history of being overweight and the way loose skin works.
I've been doing the same thing for about 90% of the past year and three months. That being low carb, low sugar nutrition. In regard to working out, I had been doing some cardio combined with weightlifting. In this stage, I was separating muscle groups per day (chest, back, quads, hamstrings/calves, shoulders, and arms) with moderate weight and mid to high volume sets. As I slowly approached my goal weight (160-170) I wondered when should I stop and so I sought out some advice. I was told I should switch over to a a full body strength routine. In this case I chose Fierce 5 and I have been doing this for aboout a month now.
OVERALL QUESTION: What combination of nutrition and workout routine would best help me achieve my goals. All advice is appreciated.
Thanks,
Jeremy P.

Congrats on the weight loss!
Fierce 5 is a good one, so stick to that and make sure to progress within it. As far as nutrition goes, you should start where you're at. Work your hardest and try to progress with your current deficit calories for as long as you possibly can. If progress stops, work harder, if you can't, up calories by ≈300/day.
BF around 20-25%.
PS. You might want to add carbs (to fuel workouts) while keeping calories the same.

I am 5’8 and 139 pounds. 15 years old
My pictures of my body are in my gallery (in profile)
Can someone estimate my body fat percentage? I believe it could be around 15%.
-
Hey guys! To start out with, I'm 6'2", I actually have a 32 in waist though my pictures don't do me justice so you'll have to just believe me (or not if you don't want to!) I'm also 173 lb! The thing about that which is so exciting to me is that I lost 43 pounds since about December!
If you could estimate my bf (please don't be overly critical of my appearance, I have enough motivation to change this and knocking my confidence down isn't gonna help me get healthy), it would be amazing and I'd be forever in your debt! Hope to be like you guys someday!
Edit: My pictures are in the body space!
Edit 2: My age is not 48 like my profile says. I'm actually 17 if that makes a difference.

About 16% I wouldn't cut any more. You need more muscle to get the look you want. If you try to cut for abs now, you'll end up looking scrawny.

Thanks for your estimate! Why would I have a 32 in waist but still look soft and fat? Is it just that it gathered around my stomach?

Your waist size is irrelevant right now, lots of people are skinny and soft when they are young. You need to start lifting weights otherwise you will never get rid of that look.
-
Thanks! So do you think I'm really fat by definition or just skinnyfat? I have weights I've been lifting lately! Don't have money for a gym membership but I've been committing myself to exercising! Do you think I should do more cardio then anything? Cause I've Been doing more things with weights, situps, pushups, etc. (You get the idea I'm sure). And I've been contemplating getting a pull up bar that I could fit in my closet..

I measured mine using body measurements and the estimate came out to around 20.7%, does that seem to be accurate? I'm running 5/3/1 right now and have a vacation to Punta Cana in August, so I'm at a crossroad if I should keep going or work on cutting bf. I don't feel like I have a solid foundation to cut to and would just end up looking flat/skinny again. (28, 5'9" @ 180lbs, lifting off and on since 2011)

They were, a little bit after I had eaten my breakfast meal. Which now that I think about it probably wasn't the best time to take the pictures haha.

Gotcha. I think you could keep going with the bulk for a few more months. Judging by the second pic, you're 15-16% now.

Going to lean on your experience again ladies/gents... Calipers dont really work for me since my skin is loose (Gaining and then subsequently losing 49 kg will apparently do that to you).
Almost 30, 6'4". 96.5kg - Flexed (obviously), I reckon about 17-20%.

Hi guys!
What do you predict my bodyfat is?
I'd call myself skinny fat at the moment and trying to cut down to approx 12% bf and then start a clean bulk.
Stats: 6’1” and 176lbs
