how can i add links if I need to get at least to 50 posts before linkin images or URL´s??
Hey guys! I posted a few months ago asking for a bf estimate, and I was estimated to be around 20% (pictures "11" and "12" attached). I also sought advice on whether to bulk or cut, and I was advised to cut 10 lbs or so and reassess.
I am 5 ft. 11.5 in. I was around 158 lbs then, and I am currently 148 lbs. The last three pics ("Front1", "Front2", "Side1") are how I look now. Would anyone be able to re-estimate my bf % now?
Also, I would really appreciate any suggestions on whether you guys think I should bulk or cut from here. Thanks!

You don't need 50 posts. I only had one post and was able to link images. Just make sure they fit the size requirements listed and click upload one at a time.

hi I'm still 156.2 pounds and im 169 cm in height and I would like to know of where my body fat stands at the moment since my body has been changing but my weight didn't change a whole lot. and I'm 26 years old male
Hi, 180cm (5 ft 11 in) weight is 84.2kg (185,6 lbs) age 21. bf% estimate would be great =)
I also added some pictures of a comparison between now and the first progress pictures i made (3 months ago @ 91kg/200.2lbs), i'm happy with it so far.
Any estimation of how much more i need to cut before bulking? or is it too soon to tell?

How much should I loose before bulking again? 10-15lbs maybe?
Hello ladies and gentlemen. I’d like to know where you guys think i currently stand in body fat percentage. In my photo gallery I️ have some pictures. The one titled November 22 225 or something like that is me today. Feb 24 208 is me cutting back in feb. I’d like to know what you guys think my bf is in both pics. I will be beginning my cutting cycle soon since im not loving the bulk look. I am 20 years old. 6’3 225 right now. Thank you !
Hey! I am 22 years old and 6'2" and 163 lbs. Would like to know what you think
Thanks!
Been doing a bit of a recomp, still 187lbs but feel leaner than 22% BF can I get bit of an update of the BF%, thanks!
I've recently started my cut.
I would say I'm roughly around 20% percent of maybe a bit more but would like to know a more educated guess.
I'm aiming for around 12 percent or so.

Hi all, new to the forum but have been trying to get back on the straight and narrow for the last three months. Ballooned from 80kg/175lbs to 101kg/222lbs over the last three years and decided enough was enough.
So, 5’10” and now down at 87kg/192lbs and I’d be very grateful for a rough guess at my body fat percentage. Pics are in my Bodyspace. I’m guessing I was about 40% when I started and now about 30% - target being 75kg and see how that looks.
Thanks man!!

I don't have a problem with cutting down even more (i'm not impatient) do you mean cutting down to 180lbs then bulking? won't that still put me at a pretty high bf% like 18-19%. I read 10-15% bf% is best before even considering bulking, could be wrong just read it on some posts here on the forum (I don't mind cutting longer if that gives me better results in the end).
EDIT: currently 185,7lbs if you can't find the older post.

Hi
Can somebody gues what bf% i have
Im
21yrs
1.70m..... 5'7
65kg..... 143lbs
I measured my bf with a caliper
These are my measurements:
Pecs: 8mm
Thigh: 12mm
Abdom: 24mm
With the caliper i get a result of 12%. But that seems a bit to low from what im seeing
Could it maybe be cause of my body composition?
Are the ratios of my Pec Thigh and Abdom average?
Or is it because of the higher abdominal fat ratio compared to my thighs and pecs that i just look less lean for someone with 12%bf compared to other people?
Thanks

We need pics. Your caliper readings don’t tell us anything.

Chest is a bit odd because i had gyno on one side a few years ago from puberty. They removed it and liposuctioned around so i wouldnt have a crater. Then i gained weight.
I really appreciate anyone who can take the time to help!

Should I cut, maintain or bulk? I'm currently cutting and doing the Allpro program, and I'm losing some fat and building a tiny bit of muscles (I'm lifting for a month right now), I was first 95kg with only fat a few months ago (June).

I would maintain for now. As a new lifter, you should be able to recomp for a little while. Once you start stalling on your lifts, then start bulking.

you need to start lifting weights asap.
you bodyfat is relatevely low, maybe 13-15% as PartyRcoking already stated but it looks bad because you barely have any muscle mass.
dont worry about cutting anymore, start lifting heavy, get a good plan and go on a lean bulk for at least a year, then you can cut.
Thanks for the help, I plan on cutting down to about 165 then bulking from there. I think Im too fat to bulk or recomp.

Also I know most of you seem to suggest bulking til the cows come home and not cut until you're huge, but I am wondering if anyone thinks it is acceptable to cut at this point? I personally am planning on cutting soon as I have a lot less psychological tolerance for carrying around fat than the average person and spent years focusing on long distance running before I got into weights and was way leaner and IMO I looked better (my face always seems to get fat first). Ignore the apt I'm workin on it

I am 23. 5'10.5 and 158 pounds.
When taking the 3 site BF test, I always get weird results because I have little fat on the chest and thigh areas (<10) but around 14-16 mm at the belly.
Also, should I bulk or cut?
Alright, so I estimate myself to be right around 15% body fat, but I would like others opinions to see if I'm keeping myself honest. My height is 5, 11' and weigh around 167 pounds but I suspect I'm carrying more water weight than usual post Thanksgiving diet (I was 161 pre Thanksgiving, but low on carbs and salt). I plan to cut to 155 - 150 (hoping that will be 10% BF), and then lean bulk.
