Second picture, I dunno, maybe 16%
I'd also let you know your opinion is very much FAR from objective. I could easily return the favor and look at you and say "you have low muscle mass" because you have tiny legs. But I'm going to go out on a limb and assume it's because you didn't want big legs. Crazy right. (which by the numbers I have more lbm by a solid ~10 lbs than you do at only 2 inches taller than you lifting for only 2 months)
Your posts here aren't even consistent. I.E. themorgantor has a good amount of mass even though he has literally tiny ass legs. Seems you think muscle only exists in someone's chest and shoulders. It's also front only so you literally cannot accurately gauge his level of mass which also appears to have taken the dude an entire 1.5 years to acquire. (and in yours it's been like 5)
Anyways so I will definitely ignore the forum gym bros input since I was only here for a BF estimate in the first place. I forgot how combative and self-absorbed the comments here can be. peace out dudes.
Ouch somebody can't take criticism. Don't ask for an opinion if you can't handle it.
Please could you give me a frank objective assessment of my BF%
TIA

About 19-20% considering it looks like you have loose skin.
I take it you probably lost a lot of weight, good job!

Thanks a lot! Appreciate it. The loose skin is age and yes losing weight
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 141
Age: 30
Waist: 27"
I lost 25 pounds this year and lost about 4 inches around the waist. I'm in a reverse diet right now, weight is creeping up a bit (my lowest was 134 before I started the reverse) due to inconsistency. Just curious what my BF% might be as I head into maintenance. Probably going to cut again at some point in 2021, but not sure when. Pics attached, I am relaxed and not flexing at all.
Height: 6'3
Weight: 210lb
Age: 25
Transitioned from sport to weightlifting focus about 6 months ago, I've gained approx. 25lb. My ultimate goal weight is 230lb, but I think I'm starting to push the BF% a little. Appetite is zero almost always. Thanks

Probably 18-19%
A goal of 230lb is highly unlikely unless you have a bodyfat of around 20-25%...
Or, you take drugs

Harder to judge with the females, but I'd probably put you around 30-32%.

Thanks for the estimate
Yeah I realize it's a bit of a stretch. The number is in my head due to some friends who are the same height as me at about 230lb and I would be very happy to get to that size. Definitely a 3-5 year goal and I would be prepared to hang around 15%.

At 6-3 a better lifetime natural goal would be closer to 215 and 15%
220 if your genetics are top tier
I always have a hard time loosing my belly fat. So discouraging :(
Looking for estimates for the pictures on the far right please, i know its still damn high but be good to know where i am starting 2021 at.

I would say around 35-40%
Im basing that mainly on your height and where you'd likely be at at around 15% bodyfat.
At 5-11, i'd say the average dude could be at 15% at around 165lb...
That would mean around 140lb of lean weight.
So, if you're 238 right now, 238 - 140 = 98lb of fat...
98/238 = ~40%
HOWEVER, due to extra skin, etc, it could be anywhere between 35-40% I think.
Excellent, thank you very much for the detailed breakdown!

6 feet, 176 pounds. Going to go up a few more pounds and then going to a good cut, till summer.
What is my bodyfat percentage? My back and legs are pretty comparable to how most men are compared to their midsection. Interested in my bf percentage.

Maybe just a really bad pic but looks like at least 20%. Just basing on mine being around 22-23% with similar definition.

Looks around 16-17% to me
Hi guys, I've uploaded 3 of my most recent pictures in my profile.
I think I'm developing a mild case of body dysmorphia. I'm not satisfied with how I currently look and I get anxious whenever I look in the mirror every morning. A girl just told me that my abs sucks and it destroyed my self confidence. Currently, I can only see my abs in good lighting but my dream is to be able to see it in any lighting. I'm so confused about what should I do next. I'm 169cm and 60kg and I think my bodyweight is already incredibly light for a guy but should I diet down? What is my bodyfat percentage? and can anybody please give me an objective opinion on how my abs look? can it pass as a legitimate "six pack"?
I apologize for any grammatical errors, english is not my first language
Thanks you

First off, I dunno what kind of girls you hang out with, but that is insane...
You actually have pretty damn good ab structure and you’re around 12-13% bodyfat.
You look really fit to me... don’t worry about it, you’re good.
A girl just told me that my abs sucks and it destroyed my self confidence.
Insane. The majority of women that I know don't even like guys to have abs, they automatically think they spend too much time in the gym and are narcissistic.

This guy looks 12% to me which makes me wonder...
You said hes 12-13 while your estimate of my bf% was 13-14. Im 1 cm shorter than him and I weight 2 kilos more. So after some calculations if we were to be the same height and bf percentage, he would still weight 2 kilos less than me with obviously way more muscle mass. So would my estimate for myself being 15% bf or even higher would be correct?

im basing my guesses on pictures, not a calculation of heights, etc...
He doesn't have 'way more mass' than you, he simply appears to have different insertions...
Your ab definition, skin thickness, and separation in general is quite similar.
Don't let weights fool you into thinking someone MUST weigh more/less based on the %...
In this photo im like 145lb at 6-feet tall... but I look bigger than I am because im around 10%

I’m about 5’11” and 150lbs. I’d like to be at or close to 10% BF before I begin a long, slow bulk. Any estimate as what I’m at with these 3 pics? Pics are front relaxed, front flexed, back relaxed.

gotcha. I'll begin upping my calories then. Do you have an estimate of bf? Ultimately it doesn't matter, but I'd like to have a reference number for historical purposes.

The girl you talked to is crazy. Now if you want the abs you've worked hard for to POP HIT legs and glutes and work on dropping another 3-4 kg of fat and you'll be golden.
