Fat Percentage Guess...
I'm 38 years old, 5'10" tall, and currently 180#. My job is a desk job. I lift weights for about an hour, 4 times a week...working a different area each time.
On July of this year, I weighed 215# and I changed my lifestyle to eating right and monitoring everything on that day. For 4 months now, I've eaten 1800 calories per day (I do 0.9g protein, 0.4g fat, and balance carbs per # of weight based on 180#...and I've based in on 180# since the beginning).
Attached are the pictures of my current state.
Can you please guess my body fat and help me decide how much longer to cut before trying to go the other way back to building muscle. Thank you.

[QUOTE=ozgurbockun;1524046151]20 years old, 76 kg (168 lbs), 174 cm (5'8''). I am cutting with a 1800 kcal diet and 3x a week workout. What is my bf % right now and how much am I going to weigh if I dropped my bf to 10-11 %?[/QUOTE]
I'd also say 20-22%. About 150lbs.
[QUOTE=razorfin;1524046461]There are 3 in my post?[/QUOTE]
They're not there.
[QUOTE=Dams3;1524047051]Stats 177 cm (5ft 9) and about 76 kg (170 lb) i have a pretty big ribcage (which you can see in the pictures) and pelvis so that might affect my weight upwards
just a few things to keep in mind. I always stored a lot of fat in my love handles, also, even when i was severely underfed, my abs were faint (showing but not coming through a lot)
alright, thanks for your replies.[/QUOTE]
About 15%
[QUOTE=FreedomPenguin;1524055701]I am 5'8 and was 157 and weak as hell, got chunky too. Been lifting a month or two now. Now I am down to 150 in the mornings, can anyone tell me the bodyfat possibly? I still have love handles, and stomache. How much percent do I need to lose to lose the chubs?
[/QUOTE]
Around 15% Would need to get to around 140.

Should I be cutting or bulking or eating normal and keep lifting? I am steadily increasing weights lifted and lost 5-6 lbs already. I dont want to drop below 150 personally. I was happy at this shape below. This was my prime (but i was running 40 miles a week, rucking 20 miles a week and repping 225. I dont know what bodyweight I was at, but I felt great. [I] cant even run 2 miles now without feel like im murdered. Should I start doing cardio?[/I]
What should i do? and what is the bf of this pic. (my goal) to be as firm and solid as I was.
Picture- 152lbs

Do you mind giving me bf estimates for both sets of pictures, also goal weight to get to 10% (i know it's just an estimate)
Started cut 27th September 83.5 kg (184lbs)

Took Pics today 27th October 80.2 kg (177lbs)
after morning gym so probably still got a bit of a pump. Apologies for shakycam lol, either from the workout or shivering from the cold

I would eat at maintenance for as long as you can make progress on your main lifts. Since you were fitter before, you may be able to recomp for a little while and get leaner without losing more weight.
Once progress stalls though, I would add calories in and start a lean bulk.
Do you like running? If so, I would start up again, even if lifting is now the main focus. If not, I'd do something for general health, cycling, rucking, whatever you want to do.

I'd say around 20% in the first photos and around 16% in the more recent photo. You'd need to get to around 165 to be 10%.

Any critiques or estimates are greatly appreciated. I have a good idea of what I'll do but any suggestion as to what YOU would do in my current state (bulk or cut) is also appreciated.

BF% estimate
Think I’m late to the party here but I’m looking for an estimate. Currently 6ft 193lbs, I have pictures on my profile and would like some estimates so I can try to calculate my needs a little better. Thanks all

Hey man, it seems that you tried to embed the images to your post, but it does not seem to work. Above is your post without the img tags and only links which seems to work. I'm no expert at this, but I'd say around 15-19%.

You don't have enough muscle for a six pack. No matter how many times you post the same pictures, that will not change.

daymn, atlast, patience is the focken key! thanks!

Thanks! I dont I'm actually that low and thought more around 13 or 13.5 percent. Though the fact you think I'm that low and ready to bulk was my assessment as well.
Thanks again for taking the time! Looking forward to packing on this muscle now.

Hi all, thank you so much for doing this. I have been on a cut for ~1.5 months and am wondering if I should keep going or start bulking. My goal is to get stronger (Bench / Squat / Deadlift 2.5 / 2.5 / 3 plates, currently 1RM at 220 / 215 / 275 lbs) and achieve an athletic physique. Any advice would be very much appreciated!

Bf is about 13%. You can either start bulking now or cut a bit more and then bulk. It's up to your preference.

8-10% Define safe? I don't think you'll make yourself ill dropping 5lbs, but given how lean you are already, you're more likely to lose LBM or see a drop in testosterone.

Hey Everyone, just wondering if I am making the correct guesstimates myself. I have been gaining sense I lost weight last time, as I felt I was getting too skinny and still had fat on me at 182, but didn't diet right and was only doing push ups.
But here I'm 32 6'1" 225lbs. I'm thinking 25-30% BF range, I'm thinking I could cut down to around 190 and be lean. Pics are in my bodyspace in the gallery.
Thanks in advance!
