I dont know maybe 16-17% but you are as skinny as I would suggest you go. You need to add muscle at this point.

About 14% The lack of definition is from a lack of muscle, not from too much fat.

Thanks @stringray and @partyrocking! I cut from 220 to 164 and I was just unsure when to stop heh. Will go to maintenance for a week or 2 and then start bulking up.

Body fat estimates would be appreciated. Pics in bodyspace. I'm 6'3 215 lbs. and i've been lifting for 10 months now. I started cutting about two months ago and i'd say that i was ~25 % bodyfat at 233 lbs.

Hi. Currently in a cutting phase and I'd like to get opinions on what's my estimated bodyfat percentage, and what you would do if you guys were me.
Thanks!

14-15% I'd cut a bit more (5-10lbs), so you can have room for a longer bulk.
-
5,11 male, 22 years old, 156lb was 165 before cut
Trying to get to 8%

Thanks! It's around what I would have guessed to (and what the BIA scan gave me).
I was leaning towards cutting a couple of extra pounds of fat before going back on a bulk. I might just keep the current calories at this level until I stop losing weight. Currently losing between 0,5 and 1,5 pounds a week. BIA suggests it's all fat. Once I'm down to 13% BF% I might get back on a bulking phase for a few months.

I'm 33, 5'10" and 240 pounds now, started diet at 463, been weight lifting for 2 months. I used to lift weights years ago but it was on and off for maybe a couple months at most due to work conditions. body measurements give me 32% BF and inbody devices give me 16-18% which I know is rubbish. problem is my fat is now really squishy and saggy and i can move the skin at any point in midsection 4 or 5 inches in any direction and i don't know if it affects measurements or not.

Maybe 22-25% Hard to tell with so much loose skin. Congrats on the weight loss.

Thanks, I know the problem is loose skin which is why I tried the inbody device but it gave bogus numbers.

Hey there,
I'm 6'4 and currently weigh 152 pounds and my last BF% estimate was given by @Tucane to be about 10%.
I want to know what I have to do to get legs like Cristiano Ronaldo's (i2.wp.com/outalpha.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/cristiano-ronaldo-legs-e1437156280472-300x261.jpg?resize=300%2C261)(just copy paste this link in browser I didn't post link as I had low post count and I don't wanna trash talk to increase my post count) or how much fat I need to lose to have calves and lower legs like these? The man in the image is Cristiano Ronaldo.
You can check my legs in my body space
The main goal here is to have good looking calves (I know my calves need training) but very thin/lean lower legs.
As you can see my legs gradually get thinner as we down my calves but Ronaldo has quite wide calves but they quickly disappear and then his legs get ultra lean whereas mine stay quite bulky even at the thinnest point.
Thanks in advance.

Legs and back and inner arms are a lot leaner (quite visible vascularity in forearms and separations in shoulders under gud lighting)
Any help on an estimate of bodyfat would be greatly appreciated.

Ronaldo is 6'1 and about 175. If you want calves like his, you need a lot more muscle. Lean bulk for at least a year.

Cheers, should I cut another 10-15lbs before lean bulking? Or more or less than that?
