lol I guess that’s not so bad but was hoping for around 18%. Have been told I look athletic at this weight and it feels better. Might be time to drop back down to 170-175 though, 20% is a little much. Thanks man, much appreciated.
I said you still look good... you can always ask others here too, that’s just my guess
Why would you cut if you feel good and like how you look?

My man thank you. I’ve had some fun these past two months powerlifting and eating like an animal.

I think my concern is being too big for my height. I normally like to hang out around 170-175 anyway and even that’s pushing it but about two months ago just had the urge to lift heavier and eat more. The goal is still to look as athletic as possible and if someone is perceiving me at 20% that’s concerning to me lol, especially when that someone know what they’re talking about.
I might just say fuk it and own it though. Stepped on the scale this morning to see 185 and it does feel good.
We’ll see, might check back in here at 200 in a month or two haha

I guess what I would say is that purposefully gaining more fat won’t put your health in a better spot...
Will losing fat make you MORE healthy? Well, possibly... you might have better insulin sensitivity if you lost 10-15lb..
However, you’re one of those rare generic cases that even at 20% you’d look super lean and fit in a shirt, because you hold so much mass in your legs and shoulders/traps... so even those your BF is closer to 20%, you’d never know it in a normal setting.

Looking for an estimate! Also, in your opinion, should I cut or bulk?
5'9" ~185lbs
(Got off track and it's time to refocus!)
Thanks!

At 5-9 185lb you definitely have reasons to cut fat right now, including better insulin sensitivity and overall health.
You're at around 30% Bodyfat I believe.

Hi,
Does anyone have any ideas on my current body fat please?
Photos are in the body space profile in the gallery.
Weight: 75kg
Height: 5 10”
I’ve been cutting from 83kg the last few months and thinking about bulking again,
Thanks
Pardon me for saying but this thread has seemed to have become a particularly mean and hostile place in the past week or so.
Lets just assume this thin person has an eating disorder.
And he may not, he may just be a thirteen year old kid. From his picture, it wouldn't surprise me one bit.
And lets take it off the table whether minors should be in the forum for the moment.
Bullying him into compliance isn't the answer- either way.
I posted pictures for my part, didn't even get a response- and perhaps I dodged a bullet considering how others have been treated.
The implication I may be 13 is the bullyingest thing I’ve heard so far. How do I look 13 to you?

I don’t mean to derail, but given your body weight and your interest in BF% I have to wonder if you have some food restriction issues.
Is this the case?

Hi there,
I have no food restriction issues here :), just originally lost weight without lifting a long time ago.
I am just restarting after 2 weeks of finding my maintenance :). Was wondering if cutting down was necessary at first again.
Thanks in advance for estimation.

You're in the low teens I think, but it's harder to say without more muscle on your frame.
Cutting? HELL no... time to get some mass on you :)
