Could I get an estimate on my bf %? I just started cutting this week with a target of 1300-1500 cals/day. I'll be pretty sedentary for the next few months, with the only exercise being ~30min stationary bike per day, on account of recent shoulder surgery.
I tried the Inbody a few times and consistently got 14-17%, but I've been told that's inaccurate.

This may actually be the one time a scale is right. You look to be about 11%ish .
lit. i guess the scales work for me lol
Hey, been bulking for 2 months now. Started at around 173 lbs and went up to 178.5 lbs after a month. Somehow I just went back to 174 this month lol.
Age: 22
Height: 185cm (6ft 1)
Weight: 79,2kg (174 lbs)
I'm guessing around 17%. What do you guys think?
Wow, here are so many beautiful bodies. Congratulations

IMO 22-23% but I think I estimate a little higher than others. This includes estimating my own bf.
Estimates for left and right photos please if possible.

I’m no expert in bodyfat estimates by any means but I do see a slight difference.
What’s your weight in left and right pic?
Keep going - you can do it!

Left hand pic is 300 lbs, right hand pic is 277 lbs.
I have a very long way to go but im gona do it just fine as have managed a total lifestyle change, am 19 weeks in today and down 42.5 lbs total. I think next photo in 9 weeks time might show a better loss hopefully.
Just wanted to know what to put on my bodyspace for a bodyfat update.
Thanks!
I'm in bulk I started with 12% body fat but I've been eating a lot of crap so I think I gained a lot of fat. I have 181cm and 84kg.

Proabably around 16-17%, you aren't doing too badly

You'll be fine dude, I can see a real difference between the two
As your bodyfat gets lower, lb differences will be much more visible.
Kindof like if you had 1000lbs of sand and took away 40lb the pile wouldn't look much different
But if you only had 100lbs of sand and took away 20lb it would be very noticeable

Cheers man thats very true! plus i am certain I am adding lean mass at the same time (for now at least in the newbie gains period)
12 week photo updates kinda suck because there is only so much that can change in that time, but it gives me something to focus on - no matter how badly or good i do im posting those pics - so i better not mug myself of and slack haha
Plus there is an element of not wanting to fail as i did in the past within the first few weeks.
Hey everyone
I've just been through a 5 week cut. I'd say that I'm roughly at 13-14% bf now, rather lean but not "shredded" yet. What do you guys think?
^A recent photo above (thumbnail)
191cm /6"3
81kg /180 lbs
Age: 27
Cheers

It's a dark, small photo taken while you were flexing so.... no idea.
As per the very first post on this thread's instructions...

Best results will include full body pictures, in a relaxed pose, taken from front, side, and back.

Fair enough. I'm going to post a different pic (better lightening & relaxed pose) when I get to 50 posts+ then. Thanks anyway
Down 7 lbs. Getting closer. Looking for an update. Hoping the pictures are better as there was about 5% spread last time.
Got my back from multiple angles
Got my front from multiple angles
Got a couple of my legs, although I had issues with getting my legs
Hope it's enough for an estimate. Thank you in advance

Picture needs to be unflexed otherwise it's hard to tell. Maybe 10%? But can't guess for sure unless you can post unflexed :)
Guys, I'm 169cm tall (around 5"5'). been dieting for 4 months now, and managed to get my weight down from 70kg to 61kg.
I got my latest pictures in my profile. My question is, is it normal for a guy with my height to just weigh 61kg? I can see my abs now, but my friends and families all said that I've gotten way to skinny (judging from my face). My low weight makes me want to bulk up so bad, but I don't want to lose my abs. I know it's a little bit off topic, but I need some advise.

At your height for a lean guy that is not super light. I would advise you bulk steadily from here (as in 1-2lb per month, no more). If you are truly disciplined enough with your calories you should remain relatively lean and when you next cut you shouldn't have to lose a great deal to get back to where you are
Also ignore friends and family, to the general public if you aren't 20lbs overweight you're "dangerously skinny". If I could see a full upper body shot could probably give you a better idea of what I think but for now I would say gain some mass and not to focus on 'gaining weight' on the scale. 300cal surplus, let the muscles grow and only use the scale to make sure you are not gaining too fast

i'd say 61 kg is close to being "too light" though, maybe you should bulk already

Maybe 10%? But since you still aren't relaxed in those pictures it throws off the overall look/estimate.
