A few months back I got an estimate of 26%. I am 6 ft tall and now weigh 179 lbs. I would appreciate another estimate and thanks to all that help us noobs. Also I'm not sure how much more I should lose, people are telling me I'm getting to thin but the stomach are bothers me. I do a lot of walking and 3 days a week strength training, started at 262 a year ago.
About 21%BF.
Uneven fat distribution is common and bellyfat tends to stick around until lower BF%. You are not becoming too thin, just keep up the good work... progress seems solid!
Get down to 65 kgs and assess then, you'd want to be at least 15% or so before bulking. Less than 15 would be better but let's see what happens at 15 or so.
Nice ! Should i aim to lose around 750gms / week ?

The reason I want bf estimates for the two pictures is I wonder how much of the weight I've put on over the last year is muscle and how much fat.
Left pic: Yesterday 156lbs
Right pic: 1 Year Ago 138lbs
Averaged 1.5lbs a month increase with long times spent around maintance and few jumps up but no going down at any point. All lifts steadily, slowly increasing over the year.
Thanks

About 13-14%BF. IMO cutting to ≈12%BF or so is enough for you, if you want to keep cutting that is.

Imo both are ≈17%BF, left one has more muscle and fat. Looks are decieving, so don't try to wrap your head around it... just keep up the good work or start a cut if you prefer.

BF estimate
3 kgs down since my last post. 67.5 kg, 5'9".
Thanks in advance.

curious about my BF%. I'm 5'9 and weight 215 atm. i was originally 260 beginning of year. I know I have a long way to go, but I'm still curious. my pant size is 38 inches. I generally wear large-xlarge shirts. Also, if possible, let me know what weight i should go to to have a 6 pack/be around 10-12%bf. and the big question, is my chest CHEST FAT OR GYNO???
if it helps, my current lifts are: bench 195 for 3 reps, squat 245 for 5 reps, deadlift 355 for 5 reps.

Hey it's a while, been bulking up since last month 70 to 74 kg (170 cm), glad to see some development on my back, but i guess i got some fat as well,
Question :
-Body fat ? (my guess somewhere between 17-18 %)
-Do i look decent if start cutting now ?
-if so, how much that i need to cut ?
Thanks :)

Look to be 25%+ to me, so let's assume that is correct. If so, you are carrying approx 55 pounds of fat, to see abs you may need to get down to 12% BF and that means losing 35 more pounds of fat which brings you down to approx 175 assuming minimal loss of LBM. This is a guide only as it's hard to forecast this far out. Looks to be Chest fat to me but as you lose more weight it should become clearer as to what it is.

Bf estimate
Hello guys!
I was 24 Years old 183 cm and 95kg on these pictures. I had 2years lifting experience when I was in shape at 18 but then I started to gain a lot of fat because of my injury.
Please Take a look and estimate my body fat.
Appreciated
