Hey, I was just looking to see if anyone could estimate my body fat? And do I look like my weight of 275lbs right now?
2 years ago I started at 300lbs all fat and dropped to about 220, I was looking really small. I decided to spend the second half of 2017 eating whatever and enjoying my life just to reset my everything cause I didn’t like where I was at....and I enjoy the challenge.
This time around I want to lose just the fat, does anyone have any tips? I already have my diet planned out to 2000cal with a 20/40/40 split. I’m currently 19 years old weighing 275 at 6’0 and I estimate my BF to be around 25-30% but I’d like to know your opinion and anything else you could share with me!! Also I lift about 5 days a week, 2 strength days and 3 hypertrophy.
I can’t post photos yet so I have my Profile picture and another larger photo on my profile!
Thanks
Can't tell with that picture. Will need one with your shirt off.

I would cut a few kilo first. Aim for 70-72kg and then re-evaluate.

Trying to lose weight once again. Been locked in at about 220-230 for about 80 years now and want to get down to about 180-190. I just feel uncomfortable at this weight. Would love to know my bf#. Been busting my butt in the gym, lots of cardio and eating better. No weights yet. Posting a pic from 1/1/18, 2/5/18 and today 2/9/18. Wondering if you can tell a difference at all yet?
Height 6', age 45.
Many thanks :)

Hi, I'd appreciate if I could get an estimate on my body fat percentage. I'm 5'9" and weigh 217 lbs. I took these photos a few days ago unflexed first thing in the morning. If it helps at all, right now I'm working on deadlifting 185 kg for 5 reps, squatting 335 lbs for 8 reps, and benching 225 lbs for 8 reps.

Thanks a lot for the reply, do you recommend a slow bulk for me in order to build muscle? I've been going to the gym for 6 months now, but with low dumbbell weights as I'm slightly injured. I've been following the fierce 5 routine. I still have fat near my lower body.

About 25%. Cut to 160.

I'm done with cutting/binging, being shredded but small, so i'm just gonna bulk slowly for 3 months with ~1kg a month gain and then do a mini cut. Sounds good given my bf%?

BF about 13%. 3 months is pretty short for a bulk. Personally I'd bulk for 6 months and then cut.
BF about 13%. 3 months is pretty short for a bulk. Personally I'd bulk for 6 months and then cut.
Agreed. Aim for a longer bulk.
Don't know how recent the photos are however. Most definitely not "shredded" in those. If they are recent, truthfully I'd maybe advise a small cut for just 4 weeks or so just to lean out a little. Don't know if it's lighting/angle/time of day, but your abs look like they wouldn't handle all that much extra body fat until they completely disappear.
Either way, 1kg a month isn't exactly a slow bulk, that's pretty average.

16-18% I would guess. I figure this is after a bulk cycle, so two things if so: 1) time to cut, and 2) decent amount of muscle mass there buddy, making number 1 all the more beneficial.

Forget the scale, do they have weights in school? If so, start lifting them and eat enough to gain 2-3 lbs per month. You have very little body fat and even less muscle mass.

Define looking good. Right now, you don't have much muscle, so you would be probably be better off building and cutting later. Don't get too wrapped up in bulking/cutting based on seasons.

You'll keep your muscle as long as you keep lifting and don't have a terrible diet. It's actually hard to lose muscle vs. losing fat. Whether or not you reach your bf% goal is a question of how committed you are to the cut. You need to lose 15-20lbs of fat in 12 weeks. That's doable, but you have to stay consistent.
