Okay, as the gentleman here estimated, my bodyfat is at around 20%. I have one more question. Should I put on some more muscle and then start cutting or can I start cutting now? Currently at 225lbs, 6 feet, 17 years old.

Hey guys, I started seriously working out about 5 months ago at 120 pounds, and I'm very satisfied with my strength gains and most of my size gains, but the fat I'm developing in my chest/back especially is bothering me. I was wondering if you think I should try to start cutting for a little bit then once I'm down a bit of BF go back to bulking, or should I just try to make my bulk now a little bit cleaner? Can't really tell your bf from that picture. With your stats though, I would cut to about 200lbs.

You're at about 15%. I wouldn't cut as you don't have much to cut down to. I would eat a bit less, so you gain weight at a slower pace.

No, but you're lacking muscle. I would work on that, so when you cut down you have a better physique.

I'd start with .8g-1g/lb protein, .4g/lb fat, and make the rest carbs.

I don't want to have to drop a lot of weight to get to 18% just because I play college ball and need to weigh over 290 in reality. Tell me what you think my body percentage is, thanks!
