Around 18% as well. You do have some loose skin though which makes estimating a little difficult.
Thanks mate. That's actually better than I thought. Rapid weight loss explains the looseness, but not sure if I should switch to a muscle building regime just yet.

You can go lower if you wish and aim for below 15% but ensuring you have some form of resistance training will be essential when you get leaner to ensure minimal muscle loss.

Yeah you are lower then 13% more like 10% as you stated. DEXA isn't always correct as with any bf% measuring tool its affected by many aspects such as hydration levels, bone to tissue placement, user errors, systems variance and other errors:-
https://weightology.net/the-pitfalls-of-body-fat-measurement-part-6-dexa/
You are very lean so don't worry DEXA scans have a error rating of around 1-4% on average so sounds about right within the realms of error.

Hello I've been cutting for a few months now. I'm 6ft and currently just under 192lbs. I'm wanting to get to 183. I was just curious what bf% you guys think I'm at now? And what sort of difference and extra 9-10 lbs will make

Thanks. Will have to figure this one out with some more research on home workouts then, what with gyms being shut. Cheers mate!

Hey guys so i uploaded my pic to guess as the profile pic if u can take a look. I got heaps conflicting information with a bia test showing 31.8% shortly after this pic. So any guesses appreciated. Thanks.

Would be awesome to have a body fat estimate if possible. Also, the only workout equipment I have at the moment is resistance bands up to 150LBS and a pull up bar. Would you recommend maintenance until gyms open or a very slow bulk? Thanks in advance!

That is a personal choice you have room to go lower will you look massive in a shirt, no but then again most lean people don't. If you want to cut down to near 70kg then you will likely have some abs.

About 11%. I would stick with maintenance if I was you just because you don't want to lose any leanness without being in the right conditions to build muscle.

Hello!
I'm between 6'2'' and 6'3''
I started by eyeballing my bodyfat %, and then I used a formula to estimate out of how much weight was lost, how much of that was lean body mass (based on a few sources e.g. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29371857 ).
I'm looking for extra eyeball estimates to see if the formula more or less worked.
Could I please ask you to estimate the bodyfat % for Week 1 and Week 16 please?
Thank you in advance, and reps on spread for hardyboysare

Currently 73kg (Empty stomach in morning).
What do you think my bf % is?
What Kg would I have to go to see good abs?
Currently losing 0.7kg - 1kg per week in a caloric deficit + weight training (trying to go to failure with light enough weights to work muscles best I can and maintain size and strength with gyms closed) and also doing some low intensity cardio.
Thanks!

13% about maybe a little lower. You are likely to need to go to 10% or less bf% to see abs so my estimate would be, below 70kg but it depends on how much muscle you have and unfortunately genetics.

Lost weight
Last year I lost about 70 pounds and I'm not where I want to end so I have gained from improper eating and lack of motivation about 20 lbs. When it started to affect me it seemed as if my world was falling apart but working out is something that is in my heart I relax after a good run and the air outside motivates me allot.
-
Lost weight
So I also lost close to 70 lbs and because of the same circumstance. Talking about will help me identify my weak point of mind and mativate myself while understanding others.

Can anyone please give me a bodyfat estimate? The pictures are in my bodyspace.
For those who want to hear me out, read below..
I've just undergone a 60 lb. weight loss over the past 8 months, with an eating disorder and improper training. I was eating once a day, however much I want.. and consuming lots of water. I was stupid, and became too fixated on trying not to look like a cow.
Well, now I look like a smaller cow and I realize I accomplished nothing.
However, I have been eating proper and training regularly for the past 3 months, and have undone SOME of the damage by cutting the fat / increasing a biiit of muscle.
I will continue this as a new lifestyle, and make smarter choices from here on out.
I also am going through the same process after loosing close to 70 lbs it's hard but I think this site has enough motivation.

I'd say teens. Your butt is not an issue. I looks like a perfectly normal athletic behind. What are your overall goals?

thanks for the insight. my goal is to make it below 10% by august just as a personal goal. no gym access for over 2 months has set me back a bit though

Stay focused on your diet and cardio. This is the perfect time to focus on your cut.

BF % request
Hi guys, I was wondering if someone could give me a BF % estimate.
I’m 28M, 5’10” 145
trying to look more muscular/defined. I’m assuming I need to start a bulk, just worried about adding too much. I’d appreciate any other advice. Thanks!
