Sitting at around 220lbs at 6'1. Any estimates would be massively appreciated as this is my first time trying to get relatively lean!
6'2",32 years, and 194 lbs in these pics what's my bodyfat percentage and should I cut or bulk? Thanks.
About 20%BF overall. I'd say a cut close to maintenance calories, as you wan't to progress as much as possible in the gym.

Strong back and good size, imo relatively lean already!
In between 13-14%BF.

Can I please have an estimate before/after ?
29 years, 203 cm, from 125 kg to 115 kg. 3 months of training and dieting. Diet could have been better, but didn't skip a workout 4x/week.
Plan is to lose another 10 kg in the next 3 months.
Pics in bodyspace.
Thx

Well, reluctantly, I have added a photo to my gallery for a quick BF% estimate if someone would be so kind. Unhappy with how I looked a few weeks ago, I started to hit <1,800 calories having never really counted them before.
Photo was last Friday evening. Current weight as of last night = 175lbs, 5'6". You can see the uneven pec from a complete rupture and re-attachement quite a few years ago now.
I am in two minds, depending what percent I am at, to keep cutting for a few more weeks before a 3 week holiday and break from training or up calories a little more for maintenance.
Thanks in advance.

Good build! In my opinion you are lean enough and you dp have good genetics for fat distribution. I'd say if you're happy with how you look, go for maintenance and keep up the progress. The actual number matters less imo.
Almost forgot, ~11%BF.

Damn man what a transformation! I don't have goals as lofty as yours apparently were, but your transformation is inspiring for sure.

Appreciated, thanks for taking the time. Had a celebratory banana after my evening meal. Ha. I could add 500 cals on I guess and see what happens, but might keep it lower for a couple more weeks yet, with a nice meal on a Saturday.

Sup boyos, looking for a BF estimate. All pics are with no pump.
I'm thinking around 12% but could be wrong. Stats: 26YO, 6'1", 190#, waist ~33" last I checked. My arms/back/chest/shoulders are definitely the leanest they've ever been - arms look like a road map with a pump - but the belly fat has always been my kryptonite.

Thank you at what weight do you think I would have a six pack?

May I get an estimate?
Weight: 151 lbs
Height: 5'8.5"
P.S: Ive been bulking for about 8 months and gained a lot of strength; wondering if cutting for a bit or a full on cut is required to get rid of the huge belly? (messing with my confidence lmao)

Not much fat. Without seeing the lower ab/back area, I'd say about 13%BF or so.

Agree^^ might be even lower, you only seem to struggle with the ab-area. I'd say around 11%BF.

Based on mass amounts you should have it around 12%BF, if you mean a close to fully defined one. For a weight, somewhere around 200lbs is doable, likely less, but it really depends on your genetics and how your systemic fat loss works.... also waterweight.

Around 25%BF
Yes if you want to get rid of the fat, a cut is the only way. Be smart about it and do a long-term small deficit (not more than 500 kcal)... as you want to keep up gym progress in the meantime.

the first one is not flexed, just a bit hunched forward. the second one is the best pic i could get by playing with angles and lighting. any rough estimates?
i'll stay on my bulk for about two more months and cut for one. ideally i'd be at 13-15% in 2020
