Around 15-16%
5'7.5" Today's weight was 176.8lbs. If it helps, this was after 5 hours sleep. Current waist is 35' and currently 6 months of lifting experience. Legs look like "well, there's a calf vein and he's quad dominant..."; legs look ok with a flex but somewhat soft otherwise. Thanks for reading.
Around 21% I would say as no core is noticeable.
Hello, been on the keto diet for the past 3 months, found it hard to eat much while working everyday and ended up doing a decent cut.

I say in the 12-13 bracket, you should think about building lbm mass very soon.
I'm about 5ft 9 to 5ft 10 and I weight 185-190 currently.. Can any one give me an estimate of my body fat percentage?
Can't really see the current pic very well post some of yourself in a flexed and relaxed pose face on for better estimates. However around 15-16% from what I can see
https://imgur.com/a/OmO669d this is my 10 month transformation and I haven’t really just focused on bulking or cutting etc just eating enough to get my protein in etc but now that I’ve been lifting for a year now should I try and focus more on one thing ? I feel like lately I’ve been getting more fat then muscle or I might be bloated I’m not sure but not sure if I should drop cals if I think I’m getting fatter or what. I’m currently doing 5/3/1 bbb and thinking about adding in a 5th day just for back work would that be alright or do I get enough already? I’m 5’7 160 and my lifts are 220 bench, 125 ohp, 285 squat, 300 dl. Doing 5/3/1 I don’t really ever test my 1rm but I know for sure those are mine for the upper body lifts but Lower body according to calculators after doing my amrap my estimated 1rm for squat would be 300 and do would be 333
Somewhere near 24%

33 years old, 6ft, 165lbs as of today; the lowest weight I can remember being as an adult.
I was tipping the scales at around 255lbs just under three years ago before a bit of life reassessment, so I'm relatively pleased with where I'm currently at even if I know I have a little way to go yet (particularly around my lower belly and love handles). Planning to get Christmas out of the way, cutting to around 155lbs before a spot of lean bulking. Sound sensible?

13% about, looking good. You could probably lose a little less then that maybe about 6lbs then start lean bullking as adding some lbm will make your physique look more predominate.

Requesting estimate
On bodyspace, there is one gallery pic and also my avatar
5’11 cutting from 178->164.2 over 5 weeks. Calipers say 12-13%, I wanna stop cutting at 9% or when I have abs in less ideal lighting
-
I was about 175 in my profile pic and it was about two years ago, when I was 18. I'll get some on here, of what I look like now, to see where I'm at.

Hi all,
40m here, new to the site so have put 2 pics on my profile.
Weigh in today was 103.0kg (227lbs) but has fluctuated this week between low 102kg and today's so I'd put myself somewhere in the middle.
Been working out for 3 months now, currently on a 3 times a week full body program.
Progress has been slow but a body fat % estimate isn't a bad place to start.

Tad hard to see due to the brightness of the bodyspace pic but I have to agree with the calipers on this one (that is a rarity). As for aiming for 9% be careful that you don't start losing a lot of strength/ muscle as when you get very close and in single figures losing fat becomes very slow and annoying.

Can I get a BF% estimation? Do you think I should keep cutting?
Thanks a lot

Hi all, Photos taken with empty stomach after a liss cardio workout.
What is my Bf percentage? My plan is cutting till %13 14 range. I entered my fourth week and I'm appliying 3 times fierce 5 training and 1 time liss cardio 2 time hiit cardio per week. I am probably in agressive calorie deficit like 1000 kcal. How long should I keep cutting any advices would welcomed.

About 18-20% although difficult to say as you do lack lbm. I would say the maximum you should aim to lose now would be another 8lbs then think about building more lbm.

17%. I would probably aim for about about a loss of about another 5lbs then think about lean bulking, you lack lbm to really go too low bf and building some more muscle will make more of a difference.
