Looking for general estimate of bodyfat here.
I am 6'0 and weigh 175 lbs at the moment. Thanks. Hopefully these pictures are enough.
Hi Guys,
Looking for a quick estimate please, 6 ft 178lbs, Navy BF test puts me at 12%.
Thanks in advance!
Hey guys. I'm 5' 7" I weight 172lbs. I think I'm around 15-16% BF. I work out 6 days a week with a total of 25min of HIIT cardio per week. I'm currently eating 2250 calories per day. 113g Carb, 100g Fat, 225g protein. I can't seem to burn this remaining fat off. I really really really want a 6 pack badly. Should I bulk? Should I cut more? Am I eating too much or too little? Too much or too little cardio? Please help :(
I'm eating turkey burgers, oatmeal, whey protein, almond milk, occasionally wheat bread, green beans, and blueberries / bananas to reach my macros each day. wth am I doing wrong?!

About 20%. I'd cut. If you're not losing weight, you're eating too many calories. Are you using a food scale? If not, I'd get one.

just want to know rough estimates of bf% to gauge progress.
how much should I cut to before bulking up? Any estimates to how much my measurements will decrease to? Slow down cut or keep going at this pace? Afterwards, bulk back up with lean bulk? Ideas?

Went from around 20% to around 14%. I'd cut to about 165lbs and then lean bulk. Can't really predict what will happen to your measurements, but most men lose abdominal fat last, so I imagine your waist will get a bit smaller.

About 18%. I'm no expert, but your posture appears off, looks like anterior pelvic tilt.

Started weight lifting and my first cut ever about three months ago.

Just looking for a body fat % estimate, and an approximation on how much more weight I should lose before starting my first bulk.

Side note- if I want to get lean, should I cut or lean bulk from here? Thanks :)

About 16%. I'd cut another 5lbs first.
Hi there!
Pics- check my profile, progress pictures
What % bf do I have? 15%?
I can’t decide whether to cut to 10% or clean bulk to 185lbs and cut again. I never had any real 10% in the past, so I would like to see it once how it looks like. However, my body really looks like skinny fat now. A little feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
Anyway, I was at 185lbs 20%+ 3 months ago and started cutting since then. This is the result.
Stat:
Height: 6’1
Weight: 177lbs
33” waist relax
20” tight
14” calf
13.5” bicep not flexed
38.5” chest
Is there any area that I should hit more during the week? Thanks
Curious to know my bf estimate. I'm planning to add more muscle definition, thanks in advance!
height 5'2, weight 108 lbs, waist 25.
starting weight around 150
hi everyone, what do you guys think my bf% is at?
height: 191 cm (~6'2)
weight: 93,8 kg (~206 lbs)
thanks :D

About 15%. I'd probably bulk first and then cut. I'd hit side and rear delts more.

Ok ! Thanks :P
I thought it would be a lot lower than that. My nutricionist measures me with calipers and with a BIA scale, and according to her, last time we checked it (04/20), it was around 12% :(
I have been lifting 4 times a week for the past 3 years and recently I have stopped doing cardio. My biggest problem is my nutrition because I just can't get my macros right. According to my nutricionist BIA scale my metabolism is at 4800 cals, although every single estimate that I do online tells me it should be around 3500 or something.
I have never been "in shape" and after a lot of reading and reserching, a hypothesis I came up with is that I might've been in starvation mode for the longest time (because I have NEVER eaten like 4k cals a day) hence, my difficulty burning fat and looking aesthetic.
Any thoughts on what should I do ? :D thanks again

BIA scales are not very accurate. I wouldn't trust them for bf% or a TDEE calculation.
Starvation mode is bs. You should cut.

Awesome, thanks, I'll look up some cutting material. Just one more question, haha, I forgot to mention that my nutricionist also meassures my skinfolds with calipers and that's where I got the "11,9% bf" result from. Do you think she is that mistaken ? I'm kinda considering going to another nutricionist lol
