This one?
Circa 15%, seems like low muscle mass but you mentioned lighting - can be just average and due to the short height gives illusion of wide hips/narrow shoulders/not much V-taper.
Hey! 13-14% - decent muscle mass. Don't push the deficit beyond 500 calories daily to preserve.
Hi. Don't bother above 20%, as you're about 22-23%. Some muscles - I would suggest a 750-1000 daily deficit with at least 150 grams of protein per day, as well as sufficient rest (7.5 hours of sleep at least) and 3-4 days of gym per week. CICO>all, if you strong, don't bother with cardio, just lift heavy and be strict on your diet - eat healthy to not feel hungry. You're pretty short, so your TDEE will be less already.
thanks
Hey Guys,
I am a new member and have been struggling with cutting for quite some time. I was curious what my body fat percentage is in these most recent pictures. I am just coming off of a 2 week not healthy eating time. My diet was horrid during that time. When I am on track my diet consists of 2000 calories. 50% protein, 30% carbs, 20 % fats usually. Also do you think that bottom belly fat and lower back fat is that extra skin or is that fat I can lose? What weight would I need to be at to see no bottom belly and how long would that take?
** The last photo was taken before my 2 week binge eating **
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 197 pounds.

What a great thread !!! I'd like an estimate of my body fat percent.
I am age 70; 5'8, 150 pounds. I have been "hitting the gym" for over forty years. I recently lost 15 pounds of "love handles" and belly fat and my 32" waist jeans have become too loose if I don't wear a belt. While my workouts are limited by an obvious s****osis (curved spine) and a tendon injury which required surgery in 2016, nothing stops me from hitting the gym 5 days a week and I eat a high fiber, low fat, high protein diet.
Anyway, three body pictures are in the gallery section of my profile on bodyspace.
Thanks in advance. (Not sure why spinal condition of s-c-o-l-i-o-s-i-s above won't publish?)
Estimation please, 20 years old 5'10 187 lbs, currently bulking trying to go to 200 before cutting, trying to not get excessively fat.

About 14% You can go either way. With your stats, I'd probably bulk for 4-6 months and then cut again, so you have more to cut down to.
Hi all. Deciding whether i should keep cutting or start bulking. My roommate thinks I should bulk, I personally think i still need to cut. I'm 6' 1" and fluctuating between 168 and 169 lbs. My scale says I'm about 16% body fat and calculators online have put me between 7 and 12% I'm thinking the scale is more accurate. Forum won't let me post links yet so the pics will be in my gallery. Thanks in advance!
15-16% You have more body fat than you want, but you don't weigh very much (relative to your height) which puts you in a bit of a tough spot. You can cut a few more pounds, maybe 5 or so, and then I'd start a mass gaining phase. After 4-6 months, you can cut again and will have a better foundation, so you'll be able to get leaner.

May as well see what people think i'm at, refer to my progress pics for the examples. As for the legs I hold basically no fat in my legs, I get veins going through them long before I notice any upper body definition.

Brilliant thank you, sometimes you just need someone else's perspective! Strength levels have mostly remained the same, only just beginning to notice a stall on the major lifts (following fierce 5). Another couple of months it is and then a long slow bulk. Cheers!!

I just posted 2 before and after pics on is 260 and other is 231. I'm hoping I'm at least 35% bf that's 5% from 30 and that's a start for me. I'm still cutting trying to get to 200ish and stay their maybe 195 as I do not care to have abs but be roughly 20% body fat. Also think I have mad gyno I know fatter guys with smaller tits then me lol. Pics on my phone page. Thank you

Side note: I’ve been lifting for about 3 years and currently lift for 1.5 hours 6x a week. I’ve been eating around 2000 calories a day but haven’t counted macros in a while. Any advice on how I can get my bf% down. I’ve been stuck at 205 for over a month and eating less than this makes my workouts miserable. BMR Calcs say I should eat 2800 for maintenance but that sounds so so wrong. Please help. Thanks in advance.
Height 5'10 178 lbs 33 in waiste wondering my approximate bf % pics in bodyspace. My short term goal is to have a more aesthetically pleasing body as soon as possible but I have a long term goal of putting on serious muscle so I was wondering if I should start by cutting or bulking.

Hi everyone i have been on a low carb diet for the past 5 months -20 carbs a day i have went from 219lbs to 160lbs i am 30yrs old 5ft 8in from the pictures attached what body fat percentage would you say i was now? i was told not to start lifting untill you can see your top 4 abs but i have been in the 160s now for a month finding it much harder to loose much more.
q1: What body fat percentage would you say i was now?
q2: If i eat at maintenance whilst hitting my macros could i loose the remaining fat and build muscle?
Any help would be much appreciated
ps i also have brought supplements to help with the muscle building to help me with quicker gains i have seen people being told off for even mentioning them on here so there not steroids and they rhyme with farms

Hi guys,
31y male, 178cm, 89kg. Im starting a workout program today and woud like to know where im at to track progress. I would really appreciate an estimate. Thanks in advance!
Hey Guys, What body fat percentage do I look? I'm 5'9 and 148 pounds. One pic is flex one is unflexed. I'm looking to stop cutting soon but I want to be lean so I can go on a long (1 yr+) bulk that's only slight above maintenance to gain about 1-2 pounds a month. Am I lean enough or should I go down a bit further? Thanks
Can you please estimate my Bf%?
I am 5' 7'', and I've been watching my weight the past week and it fluctuates between 155-157. I believe I may be categorized as "Skinny- fat".
I am looking to build muscle and get leaner. Along with resistance training, where do I start? Cutting? Bulking? Or maintenance caloric intake? What would be a reasonable time period for either the cut/bulk/maintain?
Thanks!
2 months into cut, lost 10 lbs. Would like to see where Im at :) Thanks guys!
can i get an estimate 6'0 180lbs. been bulking for 4 months now, i plan to bulk until january. thanks in advance partyrock
I would love some feedback on what opinions there are about my BF%
To new to the forum to upload pics directly, but I have some on my profile. Started a new lifestyle journey 8 months ago, just curious how my progress has been.
Thanks in advance fellas.
I guess I should give some stats...
5'10"
176 pounds
Has anyone as fat as me ever done this? From looking at the thread, I didn't see anyone.
I'm 280 now. Was 250 when I started working out at the start of June. My measurements have gotten smaller, so I know it's mostly muscle. My muscle tone was minimal compared to the average person, as my muscles were zapped from the stroke. Since I have to GAIN muscle just to get to where the average person would start, that likely accounts for such a drastic increase in weight. I'm also 35.
