Thanks Partyrocking! Do you think I should keep cutting?
You could, but you're lean enough to start bulking. Just keep the weight gain slow and steady (1-2lbs/month) if you decide to bulk now.

Where does it look like I'm at now? I cut for another month since my last photo but then had a weeklong vacation and binged pretty hard. My initial goal was to drop to 180 then bulk for another year but my estimate was about 15% so even with a lean bulk I wasn't sure if I needed to start lower first. I started skinny fat and this would be bulk #2. I assumed I would need at least a few bulks to get where I wanted to be.
I'm at 179 now so what is my estimate? If you were me would you cut a few more pounds or start lean bulking now? Thanks!
-
I'd guess 13%. I'd probably start lean bulking now. I don't see much for you to cut.
-
Perfect thanks. That's what I was leaning toward. Plus I like eating so I'm happy.

Decided to make life changes and start dropping weight from 205 to 185 now and still a lot to go. 5'8 guessing I'm somewhere around 25% can't post pictures yet.

Explorer11, Id say 16-18%. You did say you were heavier before so muscles may not be as apparent due to loose skin and there are light separations on your shoulders plus your stomach is flat. Ye.

You will lose some lean body mass too, so if you need to lose 23lbs of body fat, you will probably need to lose around 33lbs of total body weight to get to 10%.
-
Could anyway take a shot at estimating my BF%? There are some pics in my Body space. Thanks in advance.

I've gone from around 380-208, so I have a plethora of loose skin, which makes it a bitch for people to determine.

I'll jump in for an estimate out of curiousity. Just finished up a cut, came down from ~25%. Can't go further because I was aggressive and I'm not risking muscle atrophy or damage to my metabolic rate.

Are you flexing in this picture? Guessing 15-16%. A few points lower if that was a relaxed picture.

18-20%. I would maintain for a few months and start lifting weights. You're in a tough spot because you don't much room to keep cutting, but your bf% is a little high to start bulking.

New to bodybuilding and started lifting a few weeks ago, I'm assuming I should clean bulk seeing as I don't have much muscle yet. I'm 5'9" and 134lbs. First picture is relaxed and second is flexed. Thanks!

Damn lol. I was planning on lean bulking to 190-200 lbs but that would seem to do more harm than good. What would you do if you were in my shoes? Bulk or recomp?

I'd lean bulk to 170. I don't really see a need to recomp. Your bf% isn't high. You just need more muscle (like most all of us ;))
Yes I was flexing I kind of want to start bulking again do you think it's a bad idea or should I cutt more ?
You could start bulking now, but I'd start off slowly, e.g. aiming for 1-2lbs/month max. You have a fair amount of LBM already so gains will come slower at this point.
Cutting first would give you room to bulk longer, but you should be fine bulking now as long as you don't rush it.

It was hard for me to tell. Relaxed photos are better for estimates, and even then it's hard because most women aren't this lean. Most bf charts for women don't even go lower than 15.
I'd say maybe 13%, but that's a pretty rough guess.
