Hi,
I'm 18 years old at 177 cm and 76kg (~5.8 feet and 167.5 lbs). Sorry about image qualities but I'd really appreciate any estimation you guys could give. Had to remove the . from the links so it would let me post, hope that's okay

so started cutting 4 weeks ago and have since lost 7kg. I am 20 years old and I currently play rugby, im weighing in at 107kg/236lbs and I am not sure on my body fat percentage. I have used normal calculators and calipers and they are giving me a reading of 18-19% bodyfat, but I dont think it is due to my huge love handles. My question is what is my body fat and how much weight do you think I need to lose to be in that 15%bf category.
cheers in advance
hey guys,
I've been working out for a while and just started a clean eating program a couple of weeks ago to shed the excess. Was wondering if people can let me know what percentage they think I am at on body fat? Obviously, don't expect 100 percent accurate. I was only partially flexing in the back picture.
Thanks so much!
6ft 165lbs Male. Last time i got 15 percent.
Regret working obliques makes my v taper smaller ;-;

Thanks ahead of time!
Currently cutting what would you guys estimate my Bf% pic on avatar
I know the pictures are not very convincing, but could you correct me if the case? i estimate my bf around 15-16%. Please check out my pics in body space (there is also one attached to this message). Thanks!
Id say 12-14 percent im no expert
@blacknationzzz
Well, I guess it's difficult for everyone so I'll shut up about that.
I had a trainer recently test my body fat with a caliper and she calculated it to be 11.99%. I am ABSOLUTELY positive this is not true. I obviously have way more body fat than that. I'm not saying I'm fat but, that was incredibly inaccurate. I've been doing HIIT and resistance workouts for the past 4 months and just started lifting heavy weights for the past month. It has been nearly impossible for me to lose body fat from my thighs and butt. Looking at older pictures, my legs, and butt just keep getting bigger as I work out.
Not really sure what to do. I recently have cut back my calories a little bit but I don't want to too much since I'm lifting weights. (eating about 1400 calories a day). Also, I've Really only cut back for the past week. Before that, I was eating probably 1600-1800 calories a day.
I am 5'6, 120 pounds, and 25 years old.
^I'd say about 15% You're pretty lean. I would stop cutting if I were you and work on building. If you build muscle for 6-12 months and then cut, you'll have better results. Just my two cents.
hello, please view the pics :) i'm currently cutting at 1,500cal im 5'2 and 119lb right now
Weighed 136 last week. Weigh 131 this week.
Yea, I haven't been lifting heavy weights for very long anyways so, definitly not enough time to notice any significant difference. Thanks!
Bump...anybody got a bf% guess pls?

Hey guys, I'm 179-181cm depending on sleep and weigh 81.6kg. A bit bloated in these pictures (just had a meal). Could I get an estimate for body fat percentage? Thanks!

5'9 180.2 lbs, went from 231 to 168.8 then back up to 194 and now trying to cut massively to actually get visible definition and not be super skinny. Can bench 265, I squat 225 for 3x6 and military press 90 for 3x6 so I have no clue how much lean mass I have tbh...I was guessing like 150 lbs??? no idea so advice would be useful. Currently lifting heavy as possible with low reps 4 times a week while eating 1350 calories a day with roughly 90 carbs, 165 protein, 34 fats, 24 fiber. In this pics I am not sucking in even a bit in the non flexed to try to be realistic with myself. Thank you for the help, I appreciate it!
The unlabeled picture is my back flexed.
Hi everyone, 25years, 187cm , 85kg. Wanna know what my estimate bf % is, and pls rate my phisique and on which muscle group i should focus more?
PS. First pic is unflexed, second is flexed.
Anybody know how many % this bodyfat? I am 18 years old
Weight:65kg
Height:165cm
Any estimates?
I've lost 20 pounds, still feel kinda fat..
I've been trying to lose weight now for about six weeks. Down from 245.6 to CW of 232.8. 6"0' 38.75-39.25 waist depending on the day. 16" bicep 47" chest. When I created my BodySpace profile it estimated 19% body fat based on my measurements but that seems low to me. I think I am more like 25% at this point, with a LW of about 175 and about 60 pounds of fat. Hoping to keep LW intact and get to 200- 205lbs lbs, 12-15% body fat. Thanks in advance for any help.
STATS: 216 lbs, 6'4", lost 64 lbs so far now. Both pictures are relaxed. Looking for a few estimates please.
Hi, I was 15.7 percent in caliper measurement 13 of june. Since then I have gone down quite a bit. I would guess I'm at 13+ now, aiming for under 12%. Quite lean on legs, as calves etc. Pic with backpack is older, 10 days old. Am I wrong to think I have fallen 1-2% since last photo? Those who think I'm high percent, look at ribs.

I'm a Rookie, but I guess just under 20%, maybe 19%.
this is an "update" to my progress, i am 173 lbs and starting to plateau so i think i need to add in cardio. my goal is 12% bodyfat. i'm starting to lose a lot of motivation, i feel like i am 17% bodyfat still even though i've lost 14 lbs since i started :( really bummed that i didn't make my summertime beachbody goal in the first place, my new goal is to have abs in 2 months since this is taking way longer than expected.
anyways estimates pls. pic taken upon waking no pump. previous estimates were 14% but i feel i'm at 17%....
Thanks for the deeper! Agent is in spread for both of you obviously. I will put a warning in the message.
Yes, I have used this document since it came out, and would love the logo format!
Thanks

More like 12% now. There are reasons you don't have visible abs. The main one being genetically not everyone gets the curly six pack that shows clearly at 15%. The second being to get abs poking through above 10% you need to pack on lbm. I had the same issue (my profile pic) at a calipered 11%
I guess you are about 6'2" and probably a 31-32" waist?
Any estimates guys ? I'm trying to cut more. I'm down from 202 to 191. I'm 5'8 but I don't have any leg shots but my legs are still pretty lean and I can see the three heads of my quads. I don't have enough posts to attach images but I did upload my images to my profile. Thanks in advance guys!

i'm 6 feet on the dot... 32" waist. my understanding of "abs" was that they will show if you get low enough, but if i'm at 12% now then i'm going to start lean bulking or eat at maintenance till the end of summer, esp this morning since i woke up feeling really, really small. all my fat estimates show me at 14%, but they aren't using calipers... just the mirror and measurement formulas. since a lot of the formula's don't leave room for ".5" measurements which a lot of mine are (31.5 in waist) then i round up and get 14%. if i round down i get 12%...

I'd say you look like 15-16%. Pretty similiar to myself IMHO if you look at my pictures. I say try losing another 10-15lbs and you should be able to see some increased definition.
I also had the goal to get sixpack abs this summer, I almost lost 20lbs and I feel like I have failed. :/
Sucks that we have to get down even more in weight.
Ballpark body fat percentage?!?

Bump
I'm 25 years old, 6'1", 204lbs. I'm obviously new here and first time working out. Google says my height/weight bf is 24-26. I do have a small gut and some moob fat. Pics in my profile.
I'd say you look like 15-16%.
i've got some people telling me as low as 12% and some people telling me 16%.... that's a huge difference, bumping for any other opinions.
Ballpark body fat percentage?!?
Around 10%, and looking great.
I'm a little embarrassed, but I'm going to give it a go. I've checked a few body fat calculators online, but feel that if someone would be able to give me something pretty accurate (not sure how accurate the online ones are). So here goes...
Height: 5'1 (No short jokes please... heard enough of that all my life.)
Weight: 173 lbs.
Sorry about the ear in the one pic... not good at taking selfies
Slightly below 25% I'd say, perhaps 22-24%.
