Body Fat Estimate 18m 5'10 147
Hey guys, really need some advice on what my BF levels are looking like and if my fat loss plan/goal is realistic, I've been using this app and it says 10-11% but I'm not sure. Before you all say BULK you're skinny, I just need to cut down bodyfat to the 8-9% range for my last season of track and am hoping, this cut will shave a couple of tenths of my times. Regarding fat loss, do you all think it is realistic to go from 11 to 8-9% in 3-4 weeks if I am losing 2 pounds a week with 1g of protein per bodyweight and 0.4 grams of fats and the rest carbs, I already weigh very little so I think it will be very fast. I have been cutting for about 3 1/2 weeks now. The torso pic is completely relaxaed, but the quad is flexed(i store a lot of my fat in legs).
Thanks.

Estimate and advise moving forward
Hi guys,
I recently underwent a 51 lbs fat loss, did it over the course of 18 weeks. Low carb, IF, fasted cardio; the whole shebang.
I'm 25, Formy weighed in at 240 lbs, weighed 188.5lbs this morning.
Was a rugby player in high school but hadn't worked out seriously in 4-5 years,
I joined a frat in college (which we all know means too much drinking and pizza) and got a girlfriend (lol).
I'd appreciate an estimate so I know where I'm at. Also, any tips on how to progress would be appreciate
My guess is 18-20%, I hold almost all my fat in my torso/lower chest, so you could say that it looks like I am fatter than I am.
I also have bad gyno, I'm aware and will be looking into surgery sometime down the line.
Second part of my question is, should I do a diet break and possibly a lean bulk? Or should I keep cutting?
I have not lost any strength, in fact I feel very strong and have broken past my PR's on all fronts
Thanks guys and hope to get some constructive responses.
Henry
