Can someone tell me what % i have ?
I cannot upload photos for some reason ( they are correct size )
I have it uploaded in MY GALLERY.
Thank you :)
-
Hard to tell with just that one photo... my estimate would be 26-28%. More accuracy will come with more photos. Flexed and relaxed front. Back side.
Also some stats would be helpful. Age, height, weight.

15-16% ish? You have a lot of muscle, I always find it harder to estimate BF% in those cases lol
You're right about that. I just uploaded a front relaxed pic and also a Double Bi and NASTY tricep flex with a pump for more data. I think you're pretty close with the 15% I was saying 16-17% but its hard to tell from my torso because my skin is a little loose from previously being close to 30% Bodyfat years ago.
I appreciate the words of encouragement and the estimate. Let me know if the new pics change your estimate or not please. Thank you!
I think 16-17% is more accurate based on the new pics! In any case great progress so far.

Updated, closer to 16% now I think. Thoughts?

With just that one picture, yeah... 16-18% would be my guess. Arms have great vacularity. Abs are a little fuzzy but not bad.
Someone said my recent photos are 15-16ish so maybe take a look to compare that as well. There are pics of back and legs as well to compare.
Youre looking good! Chest has great form.

Body Fat Estimate
Hello,
I am 5’11”, 155 lbs, 22 y/o. I think my bf is about 20% but i would greatly appreciate some input. My pics are in the progress photo section.
My short term goal at this point is to lose the skinny-fat look by late summer, and was hoping to do so with body recomp, even if that means building muscle a little slower. For a beginner like me, is this a realistic strategy? Thanks!

About 20% seems accurate.
If you don't want to gain any fat until after the summer then eating at maintenance and lifting hard on a good program may be a good solution. If your diet and training is good you'll probably recomp a bit. But you have to be progressing on your lifts constantly, otherwise there won't be any recomp gains.
After the summer I'd bulk slowly for a year if I were you before considering cutting.
-
I concure on just about everytjing EiFit said except I would put you a bit higher at 22-23% given your height and weight.
I think you can totally cut some of that fat and build muscle. Just don't lose too much too fast.

how much bodyfat i have? 181cm and 84kg

Nice frame. I would estimate 16-17%. You have a flat stomach but not seeing any striations or much vacularity. Are you vacuuming a bit in these pics?

Stats? Height? Weight?
It's a pretty pixilated photo and there's only the one photo at that.
22-23% would be a guess.

4th times the charm? I've been trying to get an estimate for 2 months now lmao
Tell you what I'll trade you a joke for a BF%? Deal?
Pics are in Bodyspace, most recent progress photos, all unflexed
6'3" 165lbs
-
39 years
6'½"
190lb
Pics in body space, latest 6 relaxed and flexed. Thinking I should cut a bit more before bulking but not sure how much longer. Thanks for your time.
-
This is a hard one because you're so tall. I would say 12-13% is a good estimate. Seeing anyone else has an opinion tho.

Looks like you have some loose skin there and that makes it a bit harder. Back looks great. I would say 18-20%.
Looks like you have come a long way. Nice work.

Hard to say because you can't see back, legs, etc... and the lighting is bad...
TBH, looking at how gaunt the face is, he might be <10%.... but I would say worst case scenario he's maybe 12-15%

ty for the responses! I posted a 4 photos, 1 from the back. I don't really know the best angles, but I'll totally upload some better ones if someone doesn't mind telling the best poses for this purpose.
Now for the jokes. 1 for each of ya!
Why did the Norwegian battleship fleet have barcodes painted on them? They needed to Scandinavian
I asked my personal trainer to teach how to do a split. They asked me, "how flexible are you?" I responded, " I can't do Fridays"
I never said they would be good jokes LOL
You were, but you've dropped about 5 pounds since then so of course you are lower now :P I'd put you at like 23-24% now, and I still think you will be about 20% at 65 kg, maybe a little higher and maybe a little lower.
Hi EF, if you dont mind, do you still think im above 20 % bf?

Agreed. 19-20% starting to see abs and vacularity in the arms. Maybe 18-19% based on just that one photo with no back or legs. Thats alot of muscle on your frame at 5'7". Nice work!
