Hey guys, I've just ended my cut as England is about to go into another lockdown so gyms will be closed. I plan to maintain and then start lean bulking when gyms re-open, unless I need to cut down any further?
My current stats are:
6'1, 83.2kg (183lbs), ~ 32" waist
Started my cut/recomp from 95kg (209lbs). What are your thoughts on where my BF is at?
Here are some pics taken this morning from varying angles. 5th pic is relaxed - https://imgur.com/a/PwXMoBY
Cheers
Around 11-12%, pretty impressive dude, nice job.

Hi Guys,
I'm after some guidance - I've been cutting for a loooong time (234lb at my heaviest) and I'm now 142lb at 5'9".
I still have a belly which I'm not happy with so cutting seems sensible, but am I approaching skinny territory given my fairly light weight? I clearly haven't got a lot of muscle mass under it!
Didn't know whether to start a very slow bulk so I can start lifting properly - I've been at it regularly for about 9 months but still lifting baby weights.
My post count isn't high enough for pics/links so I've added a couple to my Bodyspace profile, hope they show up...

Eat at maintenance with high protein and train hard. your body fat will help grow out muscle and you will gain lean tissue and lose fat at a slow rate.

Thanks.
My maintenance is about 1800kcal but I'd recently read that you absolutely need a surplus to gain muscle so I'd planned to eat at 2000kcal.
Even better if I can just eat at maintenance since I'm a little paranoid about getting fat again. I guess I'll know if I'm eating enough if my lifts start going up right?

Uhhh.. maintenance 1800? Pretty sure that’s not true
That might be your BMR, but that isn’t maintenance

BMR according to the calculator on this site is 1579.
Actually my TDEE according to this site is lower than the one on TDEEcalculator.net at 1715. No fun being this light and still chubby!!!
I am 104 years old which may account for the lower calculations.

I have always wanted to learn how to bodybuild. I'm currently staying at a apartment complex for a 3 month program that I'm part of (nothing to do with exercising).
This apartment only contains a small gym with dumbbells, a few machines, and no barbell. I won't be able to go to any other gym as I don't have a car nor any sort of transportation to get to one.

Guess my body fat %
Hey guys,
I'm 23 years old
6'2 - 231 lbs
Trying to cut down to about 210 maybe even 200 depending on how I look at that point. Would love y'alls feedback. Just some back up info, I was 318 at my heaviest when playing college ball so I definitely have some excess skin from my weight loss journey.
Thanks,

And their stretch marks haha. What pic did you notice them in? I can barely see them in any of the pics.

From 318 to 231 is pretty amazing man. Keep going.
It's hard for me to tell with the excess skin. Based on your back and arms I'm leaning toward 27-29%.
Maybe someone else can chime in.

First of all, FANTASTIC work since July!
I would put you around 13-14%. I think your skin is hiding alot. Hard to tell in the pic but if those are veins on your left oblique and right seratus prob a bit lower.

Body fat estimate please pictures are in my body space.. I’m 6.1 78.5 kgs thank you

Thanks man! And yea they are veins, camera quality is not the best.
Right now I have tried to move to a lean bulk but I think I am doing something wrong. From July to early October I was at the below macros.
Protein: 150 to 160 grams per day
Fat: 40 to 60 grams per day
Carbs: 40 to 60 grams per day
I now have been doing the following for about a month now.
Protein: 225 grams per day
Fat: 60 grams per day
Carbs: 300 grams per day
My one month weigh in will be in a week but currently I have not even gained a pound. :/

simply add 200 calories and see what happens in 2 weeks

I agree. Add some calories. No need to add any more protien unless its simply for satiation. Add some healthy fats, more salmon, avocado, etc....
-
Thanks for the advice guys!
After this week is done and I weigh in I will look at increasing calories. Currently I weigh myself every 2 weeks but sometimes I cheat and weigh too often. ha

Cheat?! Ha! I weigh in every morning at the same time and just take the average. Good luck!

Currently cutting and aiming to get close to ~10% BF. What would you estimate my current BF% to be at, and how many lbs would you suspect that I'd need to lose to get to about ~10%?

You're probably around 15%
If you lost 10lb, you'd be around 10%
