13-16 maybe. But i'm no expert. I'd cut 5 pounds at the most and start a lean bulk to get to around 155/160 for your height.
Stats:
5'6
195lb
*I'm currently on a deficit eating about 2200-2300. Before that, a month ago I was eating 2400 and lost 5lbs. My goal is to get between 160-165. The last photo with a tanktop is after a back/bicep session.
Looking for A bf% update currently 6' 169lbs started bulking a few weeks ago hoping to be close to 190 by spring.
Hey! Looking for an estimate... I honestly don't have a clue even after looking at example pics. Maybe around 23%? Who knows. Open to suggestions. LOL

I'm 4'10", 33 yrs old, and last I checked (about a month ago) 104 -ish lbs (I don't have a scale so can never weigh myself in the mornings). I did a body fat calculator machine a while back that said 22%, but I know they can be inaccurate.
I've lost about 8 lbs since I started body building and now it always fluctuates around 102-105, I think because I am building muscle.
Really want to get down to 16-18% just as a personal goal.
About 22%

Should I bulk or cut I'm 72kg 5ft 11
Was wondering if anyone had a idea on body type I was?
Started the gym at 83kg about 8-10 months ago and been trying to cut down as much as possibly but managed to gain some muscle along the way what are your guys thoughts?

All advice and opinions are welcome and I'm greatful for, thanks!

@Partyrocking, you estimated my body fat at 12% Thanks by the way :). how long will it take me to get full shredded? This is currently my 7th month progress. Or do I need to lose more fat? (cutting)?
I was estimated around 35% a long time ago and have been steadily losing weight since, would love to know where i am, thanks :)
height: 5'9
weight: 165lbs
age: 20
I started off last year (Around October 2016) at 215 pounds. Initially I did only cardio, as a result of which I lost a lot of muscle mass. As of now, I've stagnated my weight at 175 pounds (79kgs), but I'm skeptical about my body fat percentage, and whether I should be cutting more or bulking. I fear I would start to look thin and skinny If I go any less.
Present Weight : 175 pounds
Height : 6 feet
Age : 20 yrs
Can anyone help me in this regard?
P.S. I seem to have my arms very skinny near the elbow. I presently do barbell curls, preacher curls and hammer curls, and do biceps twice a week (One light day with legs/back and one full arms day which is kinda heavy). Also, I seem to have a lot of fat around my hip and thigh area. What are your views in this?
Thanks in advance.

I'd say about 16%. Your thighs look okay. They don't have a lot of fat, IMO. They just don't appear to be very muscular.
I would lean bulk for about 6 months, aim for 2lbs weight gain each month and then cut. You should have more to work with.
Guys I've used many online calculators and I've been getting different results. Between 10-15% body fat. What do you think my body fat is by just eyeballing the pictures? [Pictures are attached to the post.]

Height: 5'6

I decided to finally make a change with myself. Ive been slowly cutting junk food out and drinking more water. Im new to all of this so I'm constantly researching. I go to the gym about 5 hours a week with 30 minutes of weights (machine) and 30 min. of cardio. I will implementing HIIT cardio and focus a lot more on weightlifting. Here's my "diet" plan:
Calories: 1626 (this is on a 20% calorie deficit)
Protein: 163g
Carbs: 163g
Fat: 36g
Pictures will be in My BodySpace under progress photos. I would like to know what you guys think my bf % is! (Looking to cut down to about 23-25%) thank you!!
Decided to put my progress photo here for people who need motivation. I started my journey back in 2013 being almost 90 kg! now Im down to 65 kg. There's been ups and downs and my weight is yo-yo-ing between 72-76 kg when im not on diet.

I wasn't sure how much you weigh. Your body space said 183, but I wasn't sure if that's current.
Using that as your weight, you'd need to lose another 8lbs or so. I'd consider lean bulking now and cutting later.

My personal trainer measured my body fat with a caliper two weeks ago at the abdomen, thigh and chest. He said I am at 23% body fat but stipulated I carried most of my fat in my abdomen and chest and have little to no back fat or fat in my thighs.
Looking at some of these other photos, I have a hard time believing I am 23%, that or I just have an ugly, frumpy body.
Can someone give their opinions?
Thanks. Current diet is 1500ish calories, macros 33/33/33 (under 100 grams of carbs) and i make the rest up in fat and protein. I say this because there is always fluctuation in my diet from day to day but i stick to this as best I can.
I am doing 4 days of HIIT body weight training. I feel like I am getting stronger and feel my shirts getting tighter in my arms and chest area and looser in the abdomen, but seeing as how some guys start to have a less flabby look at 20% body fat, I am starting to wonder(and, of course, feeling a little discouraged today).
Thanks everyone.

I'd say about 27%. Calipers are more helpful when you're sub 20% (for males). You have about 30lbs to cut. 1500 cals is low. I'm cutting on more than that and I'm an 174lbs female.
Pictures are on my BodySpace. Electronic reader is giving me 11% bf but figured id get another viewpoint due to it's inaccuracy at times.
Coming in at 5'11, 183lbs.
Also, what is lacking and needs improvement?

I'd say about 13%. Your back has nice width. I'd say more upper back and shoulders (side and rear delts in particular).

Can anyone please give me a bodyfat estimate? The pictures are in my bodyspace.
For those who want to hear me out, read below..
I've just undergone a 60 lb. weight loss over the past 8 months, with an eating disorder and improper training. I was eating once a day, however much I want.. and consuming lots of water. I was stupid, and became too fixated on trying not to look like a cow.
Well, now I look like a smaller cow and I realize I accomplished nothing.
However, I have been eating proper and training regularly for the past 3 months, and have undone SOME of the damage by cutting the fat / increasing a biiit of muscle.
I will continue this as a new lifestyle, and make smarter choices from here on out.
Hey everyone. I posted the pictures in my gallery 5 months ago, and was given an estimate of 28% Body Fat at 205 lbs.
I've been cutting on 2,500 calories (clean foods, counted macros, no deprivation etc.) for the past 5 months, and am now weighing around 190 lbs.
The recent pictures are posted in my Gallery. You can see the old pictures as well.
I'm taking my time with this cut, because I started at 276 lbs (well above 30%), and I want as little loose skin as possible. I've also been obese my entire life so currently I'm the skinniest I've ever been.
What would you guys say my body fat % is now?

Not sure what you're describing. I don't know how you'll lose 2lbs/week eating at maintenance. In any event, you probably have 5-8 more pounds to lose to get to 10%

15-16%. I would lean bulk. You don't have enough muscle to have good abs yet. Aim for about 2lbs/month for the next 6-9 months and then cut back down. You'll probably need to repeat this a few times to get the physique you want.

Haven't done 1rm lately for my lifts.
I've been working out regularly for a few years but only started up this diet and tracking calories for the last ~6 weeks. I was 223 lbs now 208.
My goal weight is 190 lbs, I hope to hit under 200 by mid September (4 weeks from now). First goal is to get down to low teens in body fat, a close second is to either gain or at least retain current muscle/strength.
I lift one body muscle group for a few exercises, sets 3-4, reps 8-12, hit abs every-ish day, trying to go heavy to get the abs to pop out and then I finish off with cardio either HIIT for 20mins or LISS for 30mins.
I also play a lot of tennis on tops of the workouts up to twice a week. I haven't taken many rest days because I haven't been feeling very tired or fatigued, which is kind of weird.
As far as my macros goes, I'm using MyFitnessPal to track my macros and calories. I have my settings to be 35% carbs, 35% proteins, and 30% fats. I'm getting ~2400 calories and should be losing approximately 1.5lbs a week. So far weight loss is good, I've been making minor adjustments since I've started. I'm constantly hitting my protein and fat macros and usually going under on my carb intakes. I'm thinking about readjusting to get in more carbs and less fats? Not sure what that effect would be, possibly just able to eat more food in general. Maybe even 40c/40p/20f? Could anyone relay the possible effect or benefit of such a shift in macros?
Also, I've been toying with the idea in my first two weeks of September just cutting out carbs altogether or something minimal like 50 grams of carbs a day just because I want to lean out a bit soon by mid Sept.
