Around 19%. Personally under normal conditions I would say cut to around 15% then bulk but that depends on what weights you have to train with. If you can progressive overload with a decent weight training program then cut. If not due to COVID-19 it would most like be best to eat at maintenance and attempt a small recomp by carrying out as much resistance training as possible until you can get back to weight training.

Am a noob, so please bear with the flab. But I'm working on it - lost 26 kgs and 2 clothing sizes through the last year, including 5 kgs through lockdown (bro split with basic weights, interval running, and calorific deficit is my MO for now).
BMI / BF calculators peg me as someone who would look a lot fitter than this, so clearly they aren't much use. Wondering what your opinions are. Would be useful to set weight loss targets - I'm looking at getting lean for now before considering bulking up.

Thanks mate. That's actually better than I thought. Rapid weight loss explains the looseness, but not sure if I should switch to a muscle building regime just yet.

You can go lower if you wish and aim for below 15% but ensuring you have some form of resistance training will be essential when you get leaner to ensure minimal muscle loss.

Yeah you are lower then 13% more like 10% as you stated. DEXA isn't always correct as with any bf% measuring tool its affected by many aspects such as hydration levels, bone to tissue placement, user errors, systems variance and other errors:-
https://weightology.net/the-pitfalls-of-body-fat-measurement-part-6-dexa/
You are very lean so don't worry DEXA scans have a error rating of around 1-4% on average so sounds about right within the realms of error.

That is a personal choice you have room to go lower will you look massive in a shirt, no but then again most lean people don't. If you want to cut down to near 70kg then you will likely have some abs.

About 11%. I would stick with maintenance if I was you just because you don't want to lose any leanness without being in the right conditions to build muscle.

Hello!
I'm between 6'2'' and 6'3''
I started by eyeballing my bodyfat %, and then I used a formula to estimate out of how much weight was lost, how much of that was lean body mass (based on a few sources e.g. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/29371857 ).
I'm looking for extra eyeball estimates to see if the formula more or less worked.
Could I please ask you to estimate the bodyfat % for Week 1 and Week 16 please?

What do you think my bf % is?
What Kg would I have to go to see good abs?
Currently losing 0.7kg - 1kg per week in a caloric deficit + weight training (trying to go to failure with light enough weights to work muscles best I can and maintain size and strength with gyms closed) and also doing some low intensity cardio.
Thanks!

13% about maybe a little lower. You are likely to need to go to 10% or less bf% to see abs so my estimate would be, below 70kg but it depends on how much muscle you have and unfortunately genetics.

Lost weight
Last year I lost about 70 pounds and I'm not where I want to end so I have gained from improper eating and lack of motivation about 20 lbs. When it started to affect me it seemed as if my world was falling apart but working out is something that is in my heart I relax after a good run and the air outside motivates me allot.
-
Lost weight
So I also lost close to 70 lbs and because of the same circumstance. Talking about will help me identify my weak point of mind and mativate myself while understanding others.
