Partyrocking could I get an estimate please? I am 40 years old, 5'9", 156 pounds. Been on cut since late November: 2000 cals for a month, then 1800 for a month, then 1700 since early Feb and have lost about 7 lbs. Protein at 1.2x body weight. Compound weights 3x/week with 2-3 weekly swims. Picture here and in bodyspace (one dated 3.23.2018). Thinking one more cut to 1600 cals for next 6-8 weeks. Thank you!
