Been losing weight since I was 16, went from 220 to current weight. Calculators and calipers say around 13-14%. Waist is just under 32 inches at widest point (navel) . Should I bulk now, or cut more?

Cut what? You’re about 10% now, the lack of abs is from not having enough muscle.

Really? I thought I was around 15%. That would explain why I haven't been able to lose weight. But my caliper on my stomach is still 9 mms.

Caliper readings aren’t very accurate. They’re fine for trends, e.g. if you’re getting leaner or fatter, but that’s about it.

Thanks, I appreciate the response. What I'm saying is, I still have visible fat around my midsection. Should I bulk? I'm very very new to this, so I apologize if I sound stupid.

just bulk aim for 2 lbs per month and train your ass off my pics are a few post above my BF was higher than yours and i added 10lbs and look better than i did before, and plan on adding another 10 before cutting.

the key is putting in the effort and making sure you have good mind muscle connection last year at the end of my bulk i was the same weight i am now 180 but over 20% BF i put on way more fat than muscle this time around seems to be the opposite. it takes time and your most likely not going to get where you want to be any time soon but dont let that discouraging just keep pushing through. also for me its cold af all winter so i see no reason (unless your really fat) to cut until spring because no ones going to see it

Height 6'1". Did an 11-week cut; started 202 lbs, ended up 182 lbs. Curious on before and after bf% guesses and also where to go from here (bulk? lean bulk?).

Before I’d say 18-20%. After 8-10% I would lean bulk.

I am bulking, but would want to know my BF% to know whether I could continue or should start cutting. I reckon i'm somewhere between 20-25%? Ideally, I would bulk until i'm about 220lbs, but not sure if that would be a good idea with my body fat?

18-20% You don’t have anything to cut down to yet. I would keep bulking but proceed slowly, i.e. no more than 1kg/month.

Was about 205lbs in the first pic and 184lbs in the 2nd one(pic taken 2 days ago), 5'8". Been on the keto diet for roughly 2 months now with NO cheat meals/carb-ups, not even on christmas.

I don’t have much belly fat (but I can squeeze a little compared to before) though i am starting to have love handle which I have never had before.
