Around 15%BF or so. Gaining mass, starting at maintenance would be my best advice. You might lose some fat along with the muscle gains too.

In around 21%BF.
Age: 22
Height: 6'4
Weight: 188-190 Lbs
Cutting down from 200
Wasnt sure if I should go to 180 or not. This is the first time Ive seen any form of definition in any part of my abs, so I'd like to keep going.. But I also dont want to lose too much muscle. I just hate the feeling of this lower belly fat so much sometimes.
Est. BF%?

Around 18%BF.
Don't worry about muscle loss... keep at it, but don't cut too fast. Losing 1lb/week on average is a solid pace. Eat good amounts of protein and work your hardest to progress in lifts.
Hi,
I'd like some help regarding my body fat. Im 28 yrs, 185 cm and 80 kg. My waist (arround bellybutton) isabout 95 cm and chest little above 100, biceps around 35. Generally speaking, fat is stored around stomach area while other body parts don't look so bad. Anyway, I'm guessing that I'm atleast 20% BF or so? So i should cut on calories and do exercise? I've recently started Fierce five dumbbell program.
imgur.com/a/CqYz0pt , sorry if bad quality, hopefully it gives an idea
Tips on how to proceeed are appreciated, goal is to look less fat, as usual ^^, thanks!
Hello, 48 years old, weight 74.5 kg, height 180 cm , currently in cutting phase, little muscle mass though. Any idea regarding my bodyfat %? Should I cut or bulk?

Honestly, closer to 30%BF.
Yes, cut calories and lift to progress within the routine. Eating good amounts of protein helps with staying full and serves your muscle needs.

About 25%BF. I'd say cut and do your best to progress in lifts.

I'd say close to 28%BF.
Aim for around 15%BF or so, but don't think too much about the number... aim for a look and lift to build some muscle on the way down.
[QUOTE=Tucane;1584369141]Great weight loss progress!

Thanks! I've been working my butt off. The scale I have says 15% but I know they aren't so accurate!

Looks like 25%BF or so.
Hard to say exactly how much you need to lose, results vary between individuals. But I wouldn't advice to cut all the way to 10%BF... you'd likely be severly underweight by then. Rather stop around 15%BF and build some mass.
Thanks buddy my plan was to go get really lean and then slowly bulk up without putting on the fat
When I had my body fat checked I was around 23%, been working hard at it and I plateaued at one point, but with some help and few tips i was able to get it down to around 12% now.
found some other helpful tips here, hope they can help someone else
I used a skulpt chisel device...so I have an idea.

That or luck. One thing is certain though, noone at the beach will measure your BF%, more likely is that they will look at you... if you get my point^^
