Cutting further won't benefit much if at all... I'd recommend starting the bulk right away.

I definitely wasn't ready for that cut ^^ been expecting to lose fat faster than I do. I love bulking, but I want to cut enough to make it a long bulk.

It has to do with lowered leptin levels, it's basically the regulatory hormone for hunger... long-term diet and lowered fat stores affects it negatively.
In your current state you can't maintain 10%BF. But you will be able to in the future when you carry more muscle mass. This way you'll have a lower bf% with the same fat amounts and higher caloric needs.

It sure takes more time than one would think, but you're closing in. Learn to enjoy the process and try to find meaning in the small things outside of it^^

It's easy to get overly obsessed about it, especially during the first cut or two (I did too)... but I can promise you will feel more relaxed further on if you just allow yourself to.
Focus more on the gym numbers, lifting progress, that's where you make the real difference.

Unfortunately there are no accurate methods available for the general public for BF% measurement, all of them are flawed one way or another.

About 15%BF.
It seems you'd need to get down to ~10%BF for a fully defined 6-pack, but aim for 12%BF first and take it from there. Doing more focused ab-work does help if abs are important to you.

Looks to be ~12%BF.
The simple explanation is, they can't read the tissue (fat, muscle, bone, water) data well enough or at all.
The methods that do work well use advanced equipment found in specialized labs to work out body volume, bone mass, water mass, etc. It's not like one method is enough, more like 4+ different lab tests combined, that together form what's called a multi-compartment model. They basically subtract the other constituent parts from your body volume/density combined (mass), which leaves the fat mass and then calculates the %-value.

According to navel measurement tests, I am currently at 5.3%-6% body fat.
Below, the following are my measurements:
Neck: 15.3 inches
Waist: 28.5 inches
Hips: 36 inches

You are ripped, not 6% as that is slightly below competition ready, but more like ~10%BF or so.

Around 20%BF. Caring less about abs and adding mass is a good plan for the future! I'd say start at maintenance and work your way up from there.

I would love more ab definition but I am skinny. 6', 170-lbs. I started my journey at 210-lbs. What do you think I should do? Drop down to 12% or 10% before bulking, or can i commence a slow bulk now?

You can start a slow bulk whenever you feel ready, the benefits of a lower starting BF% for bulking are overrated.
If you still want to cut further for your own reasons... going down to 10% is taking it too far imo, 12%BF might be the point of diminishing returns.

Maintenance. Get your lifts up until they stall and then eat in small surplus after that. You're going to have to run a couple of bulking/cutting cycles to look decent.
