Hi,
I’m 31 years old female, 181cm tall and weight 73 kg. I’ve been working out since August 2018, since December 5x a week (3x BodyPump and 2x HIIT). I’m using callipers to measure my body fat and I would say that I’m around 23%. However, I stepped on a scale in the gym, and it gave me 33%. í ½í¹ˆ Can you please give me your estimation? Photos are in my body spaces.
Thank you.
I just started a lean bulk and have gotten mixed readings all over the place but I'd like an estimate from one of the pros here. I'm 6'1" and weighing in at around 175. Pictures are uploaded to progress photos.

For those who want to hear me out, read below..
I've just undergone a 60 lb. weight loss over the past 8 months, with an eating disorder and improper training. I was eating once a day, however much I want.. and consuming lots of water. I was stupid, and became too fixated on trying not to look like a cow.
Well, now I look like a smaller cow and I realize I accomplished nothing.
However, I have been eating proper and training regularly for the past 3 months, and have undone SOME of the damage by cutting the fat / increasing a biiit of muscle.
I will continue this as a new lifestyle, and make smarter choices from here on out.
Did you try the recomp I recommended previously? You need to weight train.

I would advise you lean bulk you have too little lean body mass to cut to. Don't worry about love handles for now aim to build muscle, make sure you follow a weight training program I recommend either Starting Strength or Fierce 5. BF% around 18% you only really have it on your stomach so if you build more mass it will look less.

Nope cuts over you should lean bulk seems pointless going much lower gain more muscle then cut later on. I would have your bf% at about 15-16% you are slim so enjoy a slow lean bulk gaining around 2lbs a month with a calorie surplus around 200-300 above maintenance TDEE.

I am no pro but I will offer what I can. I have you at 16-17% you don't have visible core so above 15% but certainly not fat with some V shape so not at the high teens. Hope that helps. Make sure your training program is a progressive one.

Start off smash those scales they are useless, you will be doing the gym a favour. I would agree you don't yet have the definition of a core which women get around 20% (this can vary a lot in women though) but certainly are lean especially in your thighs (another area where women generally hold fat) so your guess around 22-23% would be accurate IMHO. Looks like your training is producing good results well done.
20-22%.

I would say 11% is a good call. Only a very small amount of fat on your lower abs very good physique.

About 20-21%. Cut some more aiming to see the outline of your core then start lean bulking.

Thanks for the reply. So would you reckon a lean bulk would be good or should I cut to less than 10% body fat? I have been clean bulking for 2.5 years

Lean bulk certainly you look good and lean you have gained hardly any fat no point stopping now. Gain more muscle and when you cut you will most likely have a full visible abs at 11-12% so won't even need to bother going below 10% which is just annoying and a short term thing.
Also you are 19 keep building you are still growing effectively. Fantastic work especially as you are bulking I thought you had cut so very good dedication to keep fat gains to a minimum.
Could I get a bf% update please, nearing the end of my bulk and I'm just curious.
5'8, 152 lbs.

Thanks a lot! I really appreciate you taking the time out for this.
I don't know what to do, if I should go for cut (to get rid of my belly fat and sides) or just go for gain.
Height: 174 (cm)
Weight: 78.5 (kg)
I would appreciate if I can get an estimate + advice of I should do.
(Sorry for my English, not a native speaker).
Looking to get a BF% estimate. I'm 20 years old 5'7 150lbs. Flexed in this picture. Should I lean bulk or cut to get rid of the last bit of fat? Also is there anything I can do to prevent my ribs from flaring as much as they do? Trying to work on that but nothing seems to work. Thanks in advance!
Hi guys,
I am one month in, and now have posted a couple of updated pics on my profile.
I've also attached them here - my last estimate was 30% - have I got anywhere?
What body fat percentage am I?? I’m 5’10 at 195lbs . . . Is my skin hanging or do I still have fat to lose?? Pictures on my profile . . Thank you in advance. . I would appreciate your recommendations
6'3"
234lbs
Realistically could i have visable abs by june or july? PPLx2 and 30-45min of cardio 4-6x per week. Every calorie is tracked and am losing 2-3 pounds per week.
20%?

About 19%. Although you are in the upper range of bf% I would say add muscle first and then cut. So aim to add 2lbs a month with a surplus of calories of around 250.
Choose a proven program on the workout section of this forum and follow it completely.

Around 12% fantastic groin V shape. Can't change your ribs and it doesn't matter it will make your chest look even bigger. Simple gain more muscle and you will be glad you have a large rib cage. It also will draw your back muscles out therefore make your lats look bigger.

You have lost 3lbs since your last request you can't really expected to see any visual difference by that loss.

20-22% same as your last request as your weight is the same.

Maybe a touch higher I would say 21-22%. No real way of knowing however it sounds like a realistic target over 5 month period. You have the mass so I don't see why you can't although you will slow down in weight loss but should still be ok.
This is disappointing.
I accept that 3lb is a poor return for weight loss over a month, but I was kind of banking on being able to say there has been bigger fat loss, and some lean tissue gain in that time.
I've lived on 1,800 calories a day for a month now and I just don't think I can cut this any lower and maintain the discipline to stay on track, while doing 3 weight sessions and some cycling.
