Been cutting for 7 weeks. Started working out and dieting in Jan 2020.
Should I continue to cut for another 4-6 weeks and than clean bulk for a while?
Current stats:

Around 19%. Personally under normal conditions I would say cut to around 15% then bulk but that depends on what weights you have to train with. If you can progressive overload with a decent weight training program then cut. If not due to COVID-19 it would most like be best to eat at maintenance and attempt a small recomp by carrying out as much resistance training as possible until you can get back to weight training.

Been away from the gym for two years. Started a cut two month ago ( -13lbs and -4" around the waist since then). Thinking of keeping this up for another 4-8 weeks and then go for lean bulking.
What do you think my bf% is? (Post-workout, relaxed pose in pics).

Around 14-15%. Sounds fine providing you can still resistance train will probably be in the 12% (maybe lower) bracket in 4-8 weeks.

Note that I haven't been to the gym for over a month so quite depleted and have been cutting for a month (hopefully strength will come back)
Pls estimate body fat. I want to get ripped (as ripped as I've never been in my entire life) this summer. Will I look decent?
Thanks.

31 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall, 74 kgs this morning (fasted).
Am a noob, so please bear with the flab. But I'm working on it - lost 26 kgs and 2 clothing sizes through the last year, including 5 kgs through lockdown (bro split with basic weights, interval running, and calorific deficit is my MO for now).
BMI / BF calculators peg me as someone who would look a lot fitter than this, so clearly they aren't much use. Wondering what your opinions are. Would be useful to set weight loss targets - I'm looking at getting lean for now before considering bulking up.

I dropped from 91.7KG to 84.7KG by dieting and doing push-ups occasionally for 7 weeks. Also, any suggestions as to what weight should I be to start a clean bulk, so I can put on some lean muscle? I was thinking 70kg.

Very, very, very lean. I assume 5-6%. Definitely not higher than 7%, I think.
But I'm no expert.

Thanks again Hardyboysare! Yeah, the shower steamed up the mirror. I'll take 13% with a steamed mirror all day! I tried to rep you but I repped you last and it won't let me again.

Around 18% as well. You do have some loose skin though which makes estimating a little difficult.
