Hey guys,
So what do you think? I am really struggling between the decision of continuing my cut or get back to building muscle and strength. Please help!
Btw, I am 1.69m and I weigh 67.5kg

5'11, 180, down from 285 (mid section is just a mess of loose skin + wide hips = awesome) last one is unflexed, other 3 obviously flexed :P. scale says i'm at 22% body fat (looks under 20% to me but maybe you guys can set me straight). This means i'd have to lose 21.6 lbs of pure fat to get to 10% and would put me at 158.4. Seems a little low for my height? Same scale also said i went from 9.2% bone mass to 8.8% after losing 40 lbs so i take what it says with a grain of salt haha. Doing the still in it challenge so would be interesting to get before/after readings. Although this is already a week after I took the first progress pic and theres already a noticeable improvement.
Thanks in advance.
Edit: how come it rotated all the pictures sideways lol.

How accurate, generally speaking, are caliper results following the article "How To Measure Your Body Fat" on this site? I plug those numbers into the "Your Body Fat Percentage: How It's Measured And Why It’s Useful" article, which has a forumla, and I have trouble believing the result.
Skinfold 1: 2.5 mm (pectoral)
Skinfold 2: 6 mm (belly)
Skinfold 3: 4 mm (quad)
I'm 40 years old, 6' tall, and 181 pounds. I've been in a pretty big body-recomp kick since September, when I weighted 226 pounds. Based on the numbers above, the calculator on this site says 4.4% body fat. While I am trim (albeit with a little pouch of belly left), I have trouble believing that number.
At any rate, I've stopped the cut I was on, and am now embarking on a long clean bulk.
Most recent pic is attached. Thoughts?
