Hi, was hoping someone could give me an estimate. However I’ve not been a member long enough and don’t meet the link posting criteria, so if you could check out the gallery photos on my profile, that would be smashing! 195 lb’s, 6 ft 1.
Not me obviously.
John Krasinski claims he went from 24% bf to 9% in 4 months.
What do you guys think?
Also, what do you think Spiderman/Tom Holland's bf is?
It's been a while since I checked in so would be good to get someone elses opinion on where I am at now.
Im 5"10, 167 pounds.
Would also be nice to know how many more pounds you think I should drop before considering bulking (im thinking I should go to around 15%). I've been cutting for about 3 months now, down from ~194.

Hard to say what Bf they actually are. In movies, they’re using the best lighting possible, special effects/editing, and they’ll do a pump workout before getting on set.
They’re probably around 10%, maybe a bit leaner.

About 20% Get down to 15% at least. 12% would probably be better, but depending on how well you retain your LBM during the cut, that may not be the most feasible.

Thanks, do you have any idea how much that would be on the scale. I'm guessing 150 would be around 15%, and 140 12%? Would be good to know roughly how many pounds I still need to drop.

If you're 5'10" and you cut down to 150 or 140 (unless you currently have zero muscle), you'll be Ethiopian. Not to mention, it would be hard to get there and still have proper nutrition. If you get to 160, I'd consider heading the other way from there. You'll start to sacrifice muscle pretty soon.

I personally think I still have quite abit to lose. At least 14 pounds anyway, if you look at my current pics im holding alot of fat still. I've been 154 before here:

And I didnt look too thin, even then I think I could have lost more weight. Not even a sign of abs there at 154.

I’d guess around 155 for 15% and between 145-150 for 12%.

Thanks again, at least having a rough estimate gives me a goal on the scale to shoot for.

If we assume that your 20% at 167, and as long as you eat right and lose little to no lean body mass:
167 * .20 = 33.4 pounds of body fat
So losing half of that would put you at 10%: 33.4 /2 = 16.7 pounds. And losing half of that would put you at 15%: 16.7 / 2 = 8.35 pounds
So to achieve 15%: 167 - 8.35 = 158.65 pounds
to achieve 10%: 167 - 16.7 = 150.3 pounds
What is my body fat percentage, thanks.

Of course, you are the only one who knows what's best for you...we all have opinions of how we look in the mirror. Unfortunately, sometimes we go a little to far when it's not needed (I know I do). It's always frustrating when you've made so much progress, just want to begin the bulk process, but still feel like you need to cut another 5 or 10# more. Either way, you're on the right track regardless of where you go. I know that 155# would be way to drastic for me (just the way I'm made), and I'd love to already be where you are now. Good luck...you got this.

Hey, anyone estimate my bf?
Pics are relaxed and then flexed, not very good lighting.
Hey guys... posted some updated photos from earlier today (link below) let me know where you think I am in terms of body fat % and if the four pack is almost within reach . I'm thinking I'm within about 10 pounds. 6'1-6'2. Previous photos are in bodyspace. Plan is to get the four abs showing relaxed and then do lean bulk.

About 18% Good job.
Had a break from training. Any estimates would be appreciated.
Hey everyone, I'm new to this forum and don't think I can post pics to this thread yet, please go on my profile and look at my gallery pics (they're all recent) and tell me what you estimate my body fat to be
.
I'm 6'3" and weigh 189 lbs, I recently took an inBody scan and it estimated me to be at 14.2% body fat with 44 lbs of lean mass and 27 lbs of fat. I know these electrical impedance scanners aren't always super accurate and should be taken more as an estimation rather than absolute truth,
So any estimations are appreciated!
Most of my remaining fat is located in my mid-section, lower stomach area

Awesome progress! We have comparable stats ~220 and 6/1-6/2. I've been at it for a while with both gains/losses but that is remarkable with consistent loss of almost 75 down in 1 year and not far from 15%. Keep it up!

Also any idea what I was in starting photo on bodyspace ? That was back from January but most of the cutting has been from mid summer to now.
