Hi all, I’ve gone from 210lbs+ (probs 220 at highest) to 140lbs at 5’9. Finding it hard to estimate what my bf% is at so that I can estimate how much longer I have to cut to start lean bulk. I maintained at 160lbs for a year and only been cutting down for around 2 months and a bit now. Thanks!
