192lbs / 5 feet 10 inches /
I've again gained weight i was 235 pounds and lost 60 pounds now at 192?
Can anyone help me tell my Fat percentage?
I've been cutting for 4 months now. I'm down 35#. My end goal is to get to 10% bodyfat then begin a clean bulk. However, i dont exactly know my bodyfat percentage. Currently i'm 31 years old 6ft tall and 173#. My waist is 32.5" at the navel. According to an average of my measurements (pollock 3 pt caliper, navy method, and bodyfat scale) im currently around 13%. Judging from the mirror i'd have to agree. I have a slight hint of abs, some visible striations in my upper body, and decent veinage. Today i got a hydro-static measurement done and according to that im 5.7% bodyfat!!!!! Supposedly it's the "gold standard". I'm pretty sure that it's not accurate, but im worried maybe i am sub 10% and im just scrawny? Could it be that i just have hardly any muscle? I consider myself average at least strength wise(330 squat, 225 bench,350dead). I'm currently at 2000cal with a macros of 35%p/40%c/25%f. I do low intensity cardio 2-3 weekly and i am strictly following a ever other day HST strength program to preserve muscle mass while cutting. My profile and last pic in bodyspace is what i currently look like. Do you guys think that i'm right with my bodyfat estimates in the 13% range or am i sub 10% with hardly any muscle mass? I really really wanted abs before i started my bulk, but maybe i dont have enough muscle for them to show???? Help!!!!
A few weeks into my cut looking for an estimate to gauge my progress 6', 172lbs.

Did you do any ab specific work over the course of your cut?
Did you do any ab specific work over the course of your cut?
In the beginning not really. About mid way through my cut i added in maybe 2 ab days a week(maybe 3 sets of 2-3 ab exercises at the end of lifting). Now i've been hitting them harder. Figured the heavy compound lifting in my HST routine hits them as well. I can feel them under there, they just arent quite visible yet. I think the last bit of bodyfat i'm holding is belly/hip fat.

been a few months, where am i at now?
Hey guys.
I've been cutting for a couple months and I would like to hear your estimates about my bodyfat %.
I have 10 pictures so I'll post a link to my IMGUR page so you can see them all. http://myselfmr.imgur.com/all/
Thank you so much!
PS: The small thumbnails may say that the image is not available, but you just need to click on them to see the picture. I don't know why this happens.
Estimated BF% I've had a guess myself, how accurate do you think this is?
I'm 28, 176lb, 5ft7

Ok... Attaching images.
Thanks again for any input. I'd like to guess somewhere below 20%, it's hard to judge since it's me.
Curious to hear your guys opinions on my bf%. I'm guessing 11-12%?

Could someone give me an estimate please? I seem to have reasonably low subcutaneous fat, but think I must have a higher than normal visceral fat, so this makes it a bit more difficult to judge.

Little odd. Are you tensing at all?
Maybe hit your abs harder, more exercises, and with weights. My theory is despite your work on them it hasn't been enough. You're actually quite leans at somewhere between 13-14% maybe less.

Pretty close, I would have thought maybe a little higher, 19 to 20%.

Yep that is hard to judge. You have an atypical fat distribution, I think approx 18 to 19%.

There are 10 photos, how can you not tell?

Oh I just saw, apparently it links to the one picture of my back. I will try to link the album. Or seperate photos. https://myselfmr.imgur.com/all/ This link should give you the album first, but I reloaded the page and it gives all, but I will post all the links here.

I could only see 1 but now I've had a look at all of them, looks to be approx. 18% give or take 1%.

How is that even possible? The last time I posted here was about 1.5 months ago and you and someone else said approx. 16%.
I have lost almost 1.5kg in that time, I think I look better in the mirror than before. I am even a little stronger somehow.
I thought I would be around 14% or something.

Firstly, it was not me that said you were 16%, I think you were a little higher. I don't see the sort of ab definition that someone who is 14% usually has. Remember these are estimates, others are welcome to chime in.
I agree with most of @Tigerzen's estimates and therefore normally do not add to his assessments, however in this specific case I would have put you down at around 14-15% w/ muscle mass. Albeit I agree that it somewhat hard to tell given how lean you look withput quite having ab definition yet. Is this a cut first or a bulk to cut?
Getting ready to end my long caloric deficit.
I've gone from 240ish roughly to 175-180. Probably could of gone a little leaner, but I ready to put on some size .
This was around late 2015 / early 2016

This was between Feb and the beginning of may.

So what do you think im at roughly?
5' 9" / 175cm
184-189lb / 83.5-86kg
How much fat weight do you think I need to lose to be competition ready? Without noticeable losses of muscle or strength? I have never been properly shredded because I'm afraid of catabolising muscle.
Thanks in advance for any help or advice.
