Sure.
Hello!
I’m 21 years old, 5’ 10”, 179 lbs. I truly don’t remember the last time I was below 15% body fat (maybe 5 years old?). I’ve been working out about 4-6 days a week for the last 4 years. Yet, due to poor diet and a party lifestyle, I’ve never been able to lose the stubborn fat I’ve worked so endlessly in the gym to get rid of. Now I am seriously taking a step back from going out and unhealthy eating, and would love to cut down to 10-12% body fat.
Currently, I am fairly muscular. Max bench is 235, I can do about 15 continuous pull ups, and about 50 continuous push ups. I just don’t like how my body looks. I feel like a layer of fat is just covering it up. I have love handles and a gut, yet in good lighting you can see some sort of an definition under the jiggling fat.
What would be an accurate estimate of my current body fat percentage?
If I dieted perfectly from here on out, how long would it take to get to about 12%?
Thanks!!
I'd say 23%
BF%? How many more weeks do you suggest until slow, clean bulk?
About 20% I'd try to get to <15% before bulking. May take 6-8 weeks depending on how quickly/slowly you cut.

I did a diet where i lost 66 lbs! I still got some fat on lower chest (i hate it, just started to lose the moobs) and lower stomach. Now I would like to know my actual Bf and when I should start to bulk. Honestly I fear that when bulking I will gain back the fat.
Thanks for any advice.
About 15% I'd bulk now but go carefully. If you gain about 2lbs/month, you shouldn't put on too much fat. Make sure you push the weights hard and have enough volume.

See a physio about the APT. BF is 16-17% You need more muscle and less fat to get a six pack, so you'll have to bulk and cut in stages.

About 16% Instead of bulking or cutting, I would start off at maintenance. As a new lifter, you can build some muscle without gaining weight. Once your progress slows down, then lean bulk. Any novice routine in the Workout Program section would be a good place to start. I would do whichever once looks the most fun.

Anyone guess my body fat percent ? Pics in body space. I'm guessing 15-20% I'm flexing.
Hi all
Any guesses on BF% here please? Those odd little scales say I’m 10% - feels very inaccurate - I also only weigh 124lbs. Cutting atm to try and get rid of the last bits of fat before I start bulking but I’m just scared I’m having to go down to such a low weight. I’m only 5’6 / 5’7 or something though so it’s within normal BMI range which makes me feel a bit better. My guess is I need to get down to about 118/120 lbs before bulking (assuming gaining no muscle during cut obviously.). (Pic in bodyspace - Photo is tensed...!)
Any advice?
Thanks everyone in advance.

I suck at putting pics in posts obviously
Also not sure why it flipped some of them sideways/upside down
Tried to recomp for a couple of months, since when I get back to the gym. What should I do from now on? I don't look lean but 6packs and stuff it's not my goal, I'd personally prefer to just look a bit bigger. BUT if you guys tell me it's better to cut and be leaner first I will.
I'm 173cm (5.6), 71kg (156.5)
