About 18%. I'd cut another 7-10lbs and then lean bulk.

About 20%. You're in a bit of a tough spot right now as you don't weigh that much, but your bf is high. I'd probably cut another 10lbs and then lean bulk. You'll need to bulk/cut a few times.

New account so pics should be the progress pics in Bodyspace. They uploaded sideways for some reason, so let me know if you would like me to try and fix that. Thanks!

Hmm...makes me rethink my plans. Started at 142 and have been lean bulking with Fierce 5 Novice for about 3 months and seeing steady improvement in my lifts. I was planning on continuing to bulk for a bit longer, but would it be better to start think about a cut at this point?
You don't really have much to cut down to. I'd keep going with the bulk. Just don't let the weight gain get too fast. The pace you're at now is good. Maybe cut after another 3 months.

Right on. Thanks for the input! I'm happy with the way things have been going so far, but it's definitely nice to get some feedback that I'm on the right track.
Thanks!
Hi guys. So I've lost 112 pounds total in my past year. My lifting has come along way. I'm 6 foot 5 at 237 pounds. I'd say I'm between 19 and 23 percent body fat but I'll let you be the judge. Pics in body space
Hey, I am 6 feet 1 (185cm) and weight 172,6lb (78,3kg).
Pictures attached, I took them flexing, sorry if that is not optimal...
Thanks!
Can I get an estimate 6 foot 1 about 190

Hard to tell from that angle. Can only say in between 10-15% If you have a relaxed photo that's straight on, it would help.

Thanks as always party rocking. Been on a sort of cut from your recommendation a month ago, pics on left were taken a month ago so good to hear im heading in the right direction as scale wise I havent changed at all. Gonna start adding cardio now and hopefully hit closer to 20% by the next month.
Alright people, hope all is well. Would one of you fine people be able to check out my latest gallery photo and give an estimation, of what you may think my bodyfat % is?

Hi all
I'm 38, 187cm and 13st 4 lbs. From the picture in my progress gallery can you give me a rough BF %. I'm guessing around 25% with around another 17-18lbs to cut for lean bulking, does that seem about right?
Thanks in advance

BF is about 20% You're in a rough spot since your bf is high for a bulk, but you don't have much more room to cut before you're underweight. I'd maintain for a few months and try to recomp, and then start lean bulking. When you have some more muscle, you can cut again and hopefully get down to 15% or so.
