Pics in bodyspace. I know the pics aren't relaxed and side view but guesstimates weren't going to be that accurate to begin with and I'm just sort of curious. Would appreciate hearing your opinion though

have i reached 20% bf? what % do you think i am?
really getting frustrated with lack of progress, wondering if maybe it's just genetics, i notice some people are able to change shape from fat to lean to fat to whatever they want and i have schizophrenia and whenver i put myself in a calorie deficit, even the slightest bit, my symptoms go full speed, so maybe better to be fat than end up in jail.
wondering if i should work on recomp?
also i feel like in photos i look a lot more fat than in the mirror.

You're over 25% and closer to 30%
Recomping is not going to do much good. You have a lot of fat to lose.

Thanks, about what I was thinking.
If I'm doing math right, at 14% BF i'll be 137 pounds right? Would that be skinny fat for me?

You'll just be skinny, most likely.

Not sure if just plain skinny is good or bad lol. My goal weight for losing weight is 137 pounds, at the point I was going to decide if I wanted to try losing more weight or start putting on muscle. I was kind of hoping I could get some visible abs before bulking, but I'm afraid that just might not be possible with my current amount of lean body mass. I have a bet with this girl on who can get abs first. Will just have to see what I look like at 137 pounds.
That being said then, do you think 137 would be a good point to consider lean bulking?
Sorry if I'm asking too many questions, just trying to find a good realistic target weight.
-
You won't know for sure until you get there. 137 might be a fine place to start bulking. You may want to cut a bit more.

damn 23% thats high. I was expecting like 20% max. my waist is 33

I'm down 33 lbs since April. My stats are 6'6" 211 lbs.
Pictures are in my body space. How much more do you estimate I need to lose to get below 15% bf?

The default birthday is Jan 1, 1970, so it will say you're 47 unless you put in your actual birthday.

No idea what my body fat is, just assuming somewhere around 18-20. Would like some opinions :)
Also can I lose body fat while I'm trying to gain muscle, or should I cut first?

16-18% If you're new to lifting, you might build some muscle while losing fat. I'd eat at a small deficit and aim to lose 1lb/week for the next 8-12 weeks. Then, start lean bulking.
-
It's been about 3-4 weeks since I've been cutting. Top 2 abs are coming in. Any update to bf % estimate and approximately how long to see the middle ones to start coming in and then the lower abs? I'm thinking maybe 5-10 lbs ?? Been hitting the cardio daily and also weights to maintain mass.
Photos are in bodyspace and have updated the current photo.

My current routine has been
Monday - Forearms, Triceps & Biceps
Tuesday - Abs & Chest
Wednesday - Legs, Shoulders & Back
Thursday - Abs & Chest
Friday - Forearms, Triceps & Biceps
Saturday - Legs, Shoulders & Back
Sunday - RestÂ
Also since I can't stand sitting around all day I go outside and walk or play basketball. End day I usually end up with 10-12k steps
Eating has been pretty much a protein shake before workout & throughout the day mostly high protein food.

Your diet sounds bad. You should be eating a balanced diet, not just a lot of protein. Also, that split is a mess. You'd be much better off with an established program like Candito Linear or Fierce 5.
I don't know how I missed that you were 15. I wouldn't cut. You should be able to build muscle fairly well at this age and cutting would detract from that.
