bump
reposting, nobody responded the first time.... lost around a pound and a half since these were taken. i think about 15%, i hold almost all my fat on the top part of my body which sucks because i've got veins all over my legs and no pinchable fat... i'm cutting and all my lifts have remained the same or increased. started around 18-20% bodyfat. first 4 weeks i worked down from 2500 (maintenance) cals to 1700 cals (aggressive cut). not going to stop till i get to 10-12%. all pix no pump, taken after breakfast, sorry the lighting isnt the best..
5 foot 5, 59kg, 20years old. I play football i don't lift weights, i only do core strength 3 times a week.

I would say something around 15%. Depending on your goals you can start bulking or keep cutting. I would lose more weight, down to 10-12%, but it very dependant in your desires.

For the side photo I couldn't upload the June photo by itself, so thats actually the mid-april to june progress photo. Please look at the right photo for June.
