25+, you need to cut at your BF you can have large deficits the first few weeks

Hey! I would agree and say you are at the 20 Bf area. I would say get to 12-14 % body fat while lifting heavy by eating around 150 grams of protein but stay at a 500-600 calorie deficit. Once you reach 12-14% body fat, lean bulk at 200 calories above maintenance until you get to 16-17% BF then cut down again. Best way to do it. Best of luck!

I think my fat distribution means I'd have to get to a very low % to get properly visible abs.

Started cutting mid-August @ 80.3kg (around 16% I think) and now 5kg lighter @75.2kg-ish.
An estimated BF would be great, as well as any advice you have on how much more to cut or whether to switch to lean bulk.

Incorporate a refeed once every 10 days where you eat at maintenance calories with high carbs and low fat. This will stimulate leptin production and will prevent you from stalling your fat loss

About 13%, you are fine to lean bulk now if you like. As for cutting you might get away with cutting about 2% more fat but you will start looking quite skinny.

Near 17-18%. That should a good estimate but it is difficult to guess a weight (as you will lose not only fat but water, glycogen and a bit of lbm) just keep going and reevaluate when you hit your target.

I would say keep cutting. I think you are around 22% BF. Stay at a 500 calorie deficit until you reach 13%

Around 16-17% would be a close guess. Your profile says you are 18 so yes you should lean bulking (as you need more lbm) or maybe recomp depending on your weight training experience.
