I'd like to know if I should start bulking or what I should do for my meal plan (right now I'm eating for muscle gains 2900 calories a day - 221g protein, 332g carbs and 82g fat).

Thanks![/QUOTE] You are around the 15% range but it's impossibile to estimate your bf from the pictures that you sent. You should take front and back pictures. If you can't training at the gym I don't think you need a surplus. You don't need all these proteins at 180lbs.

About 14-15%. For 10% I would say around 70-72ish kg depending on water weight loss.
According to measurements calculators and my weight and height, I'm anywhere between 13.1% and 17.4%. Averaging them is 14.6%, but I think my BF is higher than, that...but people here would probably have a much better idea. Trying to cut ~.5 lb/week, so figuring getting as good as possible of a BF% would help for estimating TDEE.

i've been stress eating since this coronavirus outbreak and gained a few lbs. It's been a month and I need help with body fat % without the gym's inbody and a solid work out.
I am 36 years old, 5'9 and 182 lbs.
I used to be 252 lbs 3-4 years ago and have accumulated a little loose skin from that. I have been lifting (a consistent schedule of 3-4 times a week plus cardio) for a little over 2 years but haven't had a solid lift since the quarantine (3 weeks). I finally got a peloton bike last week and have been doing a 30 minute ride everyday. I also just got a pair of dinky selectech 552 dumbells but that's barely enough to get a good lift.
(yes i have bacne and it's hereditary and i can't seem to get rid of it with any kind of body wash)
