Hard to tell when you're flexing and hiding the areas your fat deposits in the photos
Try not flexing and showing where the fat is for a better idea
Some idea of your legs would help massively as well
23-25% before
18-19% now
My biggest was I'm guessing 280+lbs back in 2019 when I started losing weight. Gained some back in 2020 and 2021. Consistently been losing since August of last year from 278 to currently 233lbs as of Monday. This is the smallest I've been in a while. 45 pound weight loss, slow and steady. I need some help with figuring out my body fat percentage. I know from experience to always add a few percentages when calculating but I'm not sure if my eyes match up with the stats sometimes. Calculations all keep coming up to 21% Do I look it? If not what do you think? I look different some days but my pics are on my gallery. My stats are...
5ft10
17in neck
38in waist
233lbs
I think I might be 25% maybe but don't know.
Current Stats:
Age: 27
Weight: 193 lbs
Height: 6'2
Waist: 32/33 (Sometimes 34, but mostly 32/33)
Should i do a clean bulk or cut or recomp?
Hi all, I have been lifting weights, doing cardio and eating better.
This is my 3 months progress picture. When I started I was at 223lbs. So 40lb weight loss.
I am 5'8"
33yrs old
183lbs
Whats my fat percentage? My guess 14-15%, but damn I am heavy for only 5'8" tall. BMI says I am overweight and 27.8.

I'd guess around there as well. Good job on the weight loss.

Thanks
Anyone have an estimate?
You're well above 20% to the point it doesn't matter.
Unless your goal is to get into sumo wrestling or become an offensive linesman, you should cut.
You've already recieved feedback over here:

Curious where everyone thinks I'm at. This was a week ago at the end of a lean bulk - 6'1" and 182lb.
I reckon I'm about 20%, maybe a little under. Love handles are there and abs are gone, but my upper torso, arms and legs are still pretty lean.

I reckon I'm about 20%
Howdy Brother!
Good work with the bulk.
I'd agree, somewhere around 20% seems about right to me.
Do you get lean with veins on lower abs somewhere around 165 lbs?

Thanks mate - I don't really know as I haven't been that light for a while. I took my profile pic in late '21 at 166-167lb and my lower abs hadn't come in yet and certainly no ab veins (I have literally never seen a vein in my abs, not even in my early 20s when I got down to 148lb). On the other hand, my arms always stay so lean that I've never lost my bicep veins, even when I was 24% or so.
BF% estimate?

188lbs
should I bulk or cut and whats my percentage please
Guys, what is my bf % roughly? Trying to get to around 12%. Using IF and keto.

You're definitely down close to single digits, maybe 10%-ish. No point in going lower unless you're stepping on stage for a contest because you're just going to feel miserable and likely lose some muscle as well.

I'd say around 19-21%. You look good considering you've been injured & been untrained for a while. Good luck and keep us posted.

Will update in a month or two for a follow up on progress. Thanks!
Edit, I bought some bodybuilding signature pre workout on a recent sale, oh my god the flavor is awful. Regret.
My little bs scale at home says I’m 155lbs and 18.3% body fat, it has those 2 little sensors. I know they aren’t that accurate will also look to see those numbers go down too.
What you think my body fat % is? Could it be at 13-14%? And what do you guys think, should I continue on cutting or start bulking already? Thx!

Hello everyone.
Abdullah - 26 y/o - 5 ft 10 - 202 lbs (in pic)
I started my cut on July 1st, by consuming 2500 calories each day and having between 180-190 grams of protein. I started with 30 mins of cardio a day nothing crazy just a simple walk, and I'm gradually increasing it as the weeks go by not for weight loss purposes only but I find myself enjoying it. I intermit fast (16:8) and lift 4-5 times a week and move around on my off days to stay active. I break my fast after my workouts and do my cardio after my work shift. So far I have lost 13lbs which mostly looks like water weight as I dropped 7lbs after only one week.
Anyways, I would like to know my bodyfat percentage from the starting weight and what weight should I aim for to reach 15%. I'm hoping I can accomplish that within the end of this year and reassess next year to reach an even lower bodyfat percentage.

You are looking between 10-11 %. Anything below that would be hard to maintain. First of all you look great. Bulking would be the option ONLY! if you aren’t totally satisfied with your muscle mass. Or another option would be “Maingaining” a term used by greg doucette to minimize fat gain.

Darn, I was hoping to only get to around 15%, not even sure I can get to 11% but have a feeling you're right and I would have to get to around there to lose love handles. Currently 190, theoretically, do you think I can hit under 15% at 160?

Might need to get to 150ish or so.
We always underestimate how fat we really are and overestimate the muscle mass we have.

Damn 150 is so small😢. Was always skinny growing up and kind of afraid to go that low. 160 at 15%, losing 30, 22 of that hoping it would be fat. After the initial water loss. I would suspect I don't have much more to lose.
I can use some else’s opinion.

We share similar height. I’m planning on 15% bf too, at my lowest I was 18% at 177 lbs. so rn Im aiming for 170 lbs I’d say you should be 170lbs too to be 15%. 150 is ridiculous for someone 5ft11.

Hey guys,
So it's been a while. I took a big hiatus from lifting but now getting back to it after a few life events. I'll be bulking for a while, but wanted to get a current BF% estimate if anyone would be willing to do the honors?
Pics attached.
Hey there.
My goal is to reach 10% bf and lean bulk/maingain.
I don’t care about becoming a mass monster, I just want to look great, I’d be ok with 70/75kg at 10%
What do you think my current body fat looks like?
Unfortunately The pics\vids have been taken after a 2 weeks stop due to gym closing + summer vacation.
