What is My Body Fat Percentage? - Post Your Estimate Request Pictures Here - Vol III

I'm back again. I'm 12 weeks into my serious cut and I definitely leaned out more so looking for a new estimate. 5'8'' and I'm somewhere between 163-167lbs here and I'm flexing. I'm also about 8 weeks out from a classic physique show that I would like to participate in if I look good enough, so it would be nice to know if it looks like I'm about there.

About 10%. I don't compete, but you look good. Keep leaning out and you could totally do well in a show.

Hey everyone. I've been dieting and working out for about 6 months now. I'm 6'3 and I've gone from 255 to 210. I'm getting to a point where I'm beyond sick of eating at a caloric deficit and wondering if I've lost enough to do a slow lean bulk to put some muscle on? Or should I keep cutting? Also wondering if anyone could give me a body fat percentage estimate? I've done calipers and measurements but they're all over the place. I’m cutting and I’m at 237lbs, I’ve been cutting well into 7-8 months now iv come down from around 280lbs, which I’m really happy about, I’m unsure on what the next best move is as I feel I’m hitting a wall fat loss wise but I’m aiming to see some abs before I bulk after the summers out of the way, any percentages and advice from some leaner guys would be well appreciated!

I’m lifting 6 times a week, hitting body parts twice and fasting 3 days a week too and due to calorie deficit too I don’t do much cardio but I’m a fairly busy person, I’m on 2445 calories at present

About 18% Would need to cut another 20lbs or so to see your abs clearly.

I'm 17 years old, about 6 feet tall, currently at 225lbs (102kg).

The last time I actually measured my bodyfat percentage on a regular machine (the one that like .. kinda shocks you a little bit? like sends a little electrical current which you can't even feel??) was like two years ago, my BF% was at approximately 21-22%. Given that it was some time ago, that might have changed. Funny thing is, the fat I gain prefers to store in my legs.

So, any estimations, please?

Hi all, I am 21 years old and I have been cutting for a month. My weight is 162.4 lbs, I am 170 cm tall and my waist is about 82.5 cm. When I search online for a body fat calculator it tells me that I am around 15% of body fat. Can you help me if its true and if not, estimate my BF% please?

You have a decent shape. IMO, after a cut, you'll look good w/ a shirt off but skinny with a shirt on (typical for a natty lifter).

I might have underestimated your bf a bit before, but I don't think you lost a lot of muscle. Keep in mind that LBM will cover more than just muscle. It also includes glycogen stores and water weight.
