Hey guys I don't know if this is the proper place to ask this. But I did a dexa scan today I am quite lean I weigh 147.2 and I am 5'10. According to the dexa I have a total of 26 percent total body fat, in my trainers handheld device I was 10% which seems odd since I am quite skinny the, test revealed that I don't have much visceral fat. But the majority of fat is concentrated in my trunk and legs, my trunk has about 20 lbs of fat and my legs have 11.9 . My body has a total of 37.8 lbs of fat. My trainer wanted to start me on a clean bulk but seeing these results should I just continue to cut? I am currently on a low carb, high protein diet.

the handheld omron fat loss monitor thing at gold's has been all over the place for me. - while i'd like to believe it, it's doubtful. told me a few weeks ago i was 8.5 under athletic, tonight told me i was just below 7, which is wishful thinking. ha
i do have some loose skin from major weight loss years ago, so that sort of hurts my lower abdomen definition, as well as being pale as **** and washed out in the light.
first 4 photos are after tonight's session, non-flexed.
last photo was from my friend's phone a few days ago, blurred and flexed.

I'd set your goal weight at 66kg for now. You may want to adjust as you get closer to your goal.
Fierce 5 would be a good place to start. It's in the Workout Program section.
Nutrition stickies has everything you need to know. At a minimum, I'd eat 2g/kg of your goal weight in protein and 1g/kg of your goal weight in fat.
5'10, 170 pounds....Was formerly 250 pounds, cut to 155 and started lifting, and I can't tell the difference between fat and loose skin.

It's probably a combination of both. The pics too far a way to say for sure, but it looks to be more fat than loose skin. This is a good thing. Fat you can lose. Loose skin you can't really do anything about (absent surgery).

I am 5'8 and was 157 and weak as hell, got chunky too. Been lifting a month or two now. Now I am down to 150 in the mornings, can anyone tell me the bodyfat possibly? I still have love handles, and stomache. How much percent do I need to lose to lose the chubs?

On July of this year, I weighed 215# and I changed my lifestyle to eating right and monitoring everything on that day. For 4 months now, I've eaten 1800 calories per day (I do 0.9g protein, 0.4g fat, and balance carbs per # of weight based on 180#...and I've based in on 180# since the beginning).
Attached are the pictures of my current state.
Can you please guess my body fat and help me decide how much longer to cut before trying to go the other way back to building muscle. Thank you.

I would eat at maintenance for as long as you can make progress on your main lifts. Since you were fitter before, you may be able to recomp for a little while and get leaner without losing more weight.
Once progress stalls though, I would add calories in and start a lean bulk.
Do you like running? If so, I would start up again, even if lifting is now the main focus. If not, I'd do something for general health, cycling, rucking, whatever you want to do.

I'd say around 20% in the first photos and around 16% in the more recent photo. You'd need to get to around 165 to be 10%.
