Body fat percentage
Can I get an updated body fat percentage? Last time was estimated at 12.5% at 193 lbs
6’2 185.6- might be holding some water as well, as I’ve had some whoosh effects in the past and have been dieting by for several months and lifting like crazy.
Pics in profile, thanks in advance and thanks to everyone in the community for helping thus far. My hope is that I’m around 10%, but I’m looking to start lean bulking I think regardless for the next several months and peel back again next year hopefully with more muscle. Grateful for any advice here as well, although I thinking about eating at maintenance for around a month and titrating calories up from there 250-500/day based on growth.

Why not do something will all this SPAM? Hell, a misplaced thread should be the least of this places worries I'd think. You can't wade through all the chit to read the actual posts.

You should be more concerned with lack of muscle, not body fat.
Put on some muscle.

I agree with the advice you got. You have little to cut down to.
How to bulk without increasing your BF%: small surplus and good training program. When your waist size goes up, diet that gain off quickly and restart the bulk.

14% would be my guess as well, but it’s a bit more tricky when pics are taken flexed.
As you currently look good, I don’t see the point of going down to 10% and potentially having your performance suffer? Why not bulk/cut within the 12-15% range?

Looks around 12% but it's difficult without seeing your legs, in any case, you're good to start your bulk whenever you want
At 10% veins on your lower abs are a key indicator, and your quads will look significantly more defined without flexing
If your goal weight is ultimately lower than where you are now, then taking a mesocycle at maintenance is worth it, so your body gets used to being a smaller frame.
But if your goal is to end up with a larger frame, more muscle, etc. Then there really isn't a clear benefit in spending time around maintenance. Maybe spending a mesocycle at maintenance volume (low volume), eating at maintenance, in order to desensitize your muscles would be worth it for you. This is so you can start your bulk with less volume, so as you progress through your bulk, you'll have room to ramp up intensity and volume and still get the most out of it without turning into overly long gym sessions or fatigue you won't be able to handle for long.

~20% probably
It helps to be more accurate if you post pictures where you are not flexing / sucking in your stomach
Also, missing the legs kind of makes it a hard guess

As for looking good, that's subjective. If you ask me, at your height, 10% will probably look good around 200 lbs, but that would be around your natural limit.

What's my bf?
Hi! I've been working out for two months and intermittent fasting for over 4 months. I'm doing cardio 3x a week, eating less carbs but having much more protein. Nothing radical.
Lost lots of fat and I have now much more definition but the stubborn belly fat still hangs, so I'm getting a fat burner to speed things up. Sometimes I don't even think it's pure "fat", it just feels like my inner organs pushed outward in my belly XD. My marks are:
height:176cm (5,77)
weight:80kg
age: 30y old
These pics are from 20 days ago. I'm slightly better now but it's irrelevant to evaluation.

What's my percentage?
I have a Renpho scale. I'm wondering how accurate it is.
I'm 5'6.75
140.6 pounds
My goal is to look like Diego Schwartzman (top 10 tennis player) since he's my height and weight (listed as 5'7 141 pounds). Not sure his body fat percentage and how long it will take me to get there from my current shape.

My guess on that guy would be about 14%, but he could be leaner (some guys don’t have visible abs unless they flex)
Btw his bones may weigh more than yours in which case you will need more muscle than him to attain that body composition at his stats. Not all fat free mass is muscle.
If you take your waist measurement every morning and track it over time, you can watch the trend. Doing this will take care of the noise problem as noise cannot explain the measurement trending up over time. The bias in your tracking will remain constant as long as you are measuring in the same way every time (e.g. at the navel) so the trend is a reliable measure of fat gain. If it is trending up quickly you are gaining fat, if the trend is flat you are essentially pulling off a perfect lean bulk.
Probably it will slowly increase but you could for instance use a rule of thumb like whenever your waist increases by 1 inch you diet that 1 inch off back to your baseline waist measurement. Your weight should be higher when that inch is off and then you will know you have gained some good muscle mass.
And if your weight is higher and your waist is back to baseline, your BF% will be lower!
Thank you for the response!
I do have one more question to ask and I'm fully aware I'm a bit late in replying to your post lol.
Can I also just start to cut down to around 15% body fat right now or less (based off what you see on my pictures) and continue eating at maintenance? (If my exercise progression is still going up.)
If not, how do I know I've built a good base before beginning a cut?
My squats are reaching close to 200lbs and what's bothering me the most of my fat percentage is the noticeable gut I have on my stomach. Some people have pointed it out and it's been bothering me for a long while.

I don’t remember your pictures but based on that squat number I doubt you have enough mass to be happy at 15% yet.
Post a current pic and I may be able to give accurate advice?

Originally I was going to wait until the end of my cut to post here, but I am so close to the end of it and had a refeed meal yesterday, that the results that I have now ought to speak well for my physique without "diety" manipulation like volatility from fasting, water levels, etc. Currently I'm on a program to retest my maxes that will last one more month. Past that, I'm not sure if I'd rather continue cutting or train at maintenance over the fall.
An honest bodyfat estimation would be appreciated. Was aiming for 20% but I'm most likely still above it. If so by more than a little bit, I'll probably continue cutting until easily 18%.
6'2"
239lbs as of this photo, upon waking up hydrated and well fed the prior day
Note: I am standing with good posture but not actively flexing like for a pose.

These stats are from a couple weeks ago but should be close enough:
Measurements taken cold to time stamp for reference:
- Bodyweight 238.3
- Waist 38.5"
- Shoulders 52.5"
- Arms 17.5"
- Thighs 25"
- Forearm 14.5"
- Bust 45"

My best guess would be something like 22-23%. The side shot is blurry so it is hard to judge and there is no back shot which would help. You have a lot of muscle and holding the weight extremely well IMO. I’d probably cut to 220 lbs if I were you.
Your forearms are almost the size of my biceps LMAO.

I've started an aggressive cut after not working out and eating crap for almost 6 months. I've lost a lot of mass in the meantime, so I'm eager to go back on a bulk to recoup the lost muscle. I plan to cut to 14-15% and then start a lean bulk.
Where do you think I am now?
Height 188 cm
Weight 95ish kilograms.
Note, I have very, very underdeveloped abs, causing a pelvic tilt, if that makes a difference.

Hey!
What would you say my body fat is? Started lifting weights about 4 months ago, I have been obese for a long time and then lost weight to about where I'm now.
My upper body looks a lot leaner than my lower body, especially the thigh and butt area.
I'm currently cutting because IMO I look fat.

So I’ve been working HARD for 4 months, and my weight hasn’t changed which is fine because I was adding muscle, but my scale BF% is exactly the same at 32.5% which is obese for women… I am achieving all my goals except no longer being obese
I think I’m closer to 27/28%… can I get a second opinion please? I 100% understand I am no where near going on stage at a low percent but I don’t want to be unhealthy fat anymore.

Hello there, I have been bulking for 2 months now and wanted to check if I was still under 15%. I had to diet for god knows how long to get down and I'm setting 15% as my max now to keep it in smaller chunks
Pic 0 was my starting in early July, around 170
Pic 1 is current, unflexed, around 178
Pic 2 is current, after a pump (also around 178)
I think 13% ish?
This is my first true bulk and I would appreciate feedback on how it's going as well or how the physique is (and what's lagging), even though that's outside of estimating bf%
