Appreciate if you guys could give a good estimate of my bf% bc I gained some weight during this semester (freshman 15 aint a joke) even though I was eating healthy, but I just snacked way too often and didnt get to work out as much.

I'm going to say 15% because while your legs aren't super visible there's not much vascularity there (from what I can see) and that's where a lot of the fat hides.

Hi all, please can i get an estimate. I've been cutting since Jan, aiming for 'fitness model' style physique. home scales put me around 25% gym scales at 16.5% (Clearly wrong) and calipers (personal trainer) put me at 18.5%

25%ish. progress looks good to me, you could maybe get away with a more aggressive cut though, esp since your body fat is on the higher side.

been cutting around 9 weeks now, started around 18-20% bodyfat. first 4 weeks i worked down from 2500 (maintenance) cals to 1700 cals (aggressive cut). not going to stop till i get to 10-12%, last measurement last wk was around 15% but i feel a bit higher, estimates please?

Any chance of a body fat estimate? I've been cutting for the last 3 months in build up to my honeymoon (fly out in 6 days) my target was get a 6 pack showing and i ALMOST got there but not quite in my opinion. Nevertheless, could someone give me an idea of where i'm at? Cheers

you were cutting for the last 3 MONTHS? or weeks? how many lbs have you lost? not too big of a difference in each photo, i would estimate around a 3-5lb fat loss (liberal estimate). if you've actually been cutting for the last 3 months you need to either 1. get a different meal plan/change calories or 2. add cardio/change your workouts

if your doctor doesn't know what gyno is, get a different doctor period. i had genetic gyno, **** sucks and it's a struggle until you get the surgery.... that being said, from what i can tell you might not actually have gyno, you might just hold fat in the lower belly/chest area. again, not a doctor and i think you should go to one to get something like gyno diagnosed and treated. you look around 16-17% bodyfat to me but i can't see your legs.... the first pic doesnt look like the other ones either.

Thanks for the reply. Definitely 3 months, not weeks. I didn't realise my progress was that bad if i'm honest. I've lost 11lbs in the 3 months so I was fairly happy with around 1lb per week drop. Maybe the pictures don't do it justice but I definitely feel leaner with less of a gut etc.
Regardless, could you please give an estimate to my bodyfat percentage in the after photo. Thank you
