Yep 12% would be my guess as well. You look good a lean and near enough ready for bulk. So your plan is fine you may get to 11% before a long solid bulk.

As for medicines no idea what you are going on about but no tablet will make you lose fat, less calories do that.

Could anyone estimate my body fat percentage? Very hard to tell with all my loose skin, just went from 220 - 165, plan to cut to 160 then lean bulk, been working out for the past 4 months, 4-6 days a week, worked out 2 years prior before i put on all the weight, I have a bicep vein currently, can see the outline of my abs, and have striations in my shoulders when flexing or working out, i’m guessing I just don’t have enough LMB currently. Btw, how often would you recommend to reduce calories (or increase exercise) during a cut? I am on week 14 right now, and did only reduce calories from 2000 to 1900 kcals around week 8. It seems that I am still losing weight on this amount of calories, so I'm not thinking to reduce my calories for now. It's just confusing me that sometimes you hear people reducing cals by 4-500 cals from the start to the end of a cut.

Nope don't bother dropping calories if you are still losing weight, best to eat as many calories that keep you losing weight. Generally some people need to reduce calories more as their NEAT drops quickly during cutting I guess yours is more resistant (some people are). Also some people drop 100 calories for every 10lbs they lose this again is to stop stalls but as you are still losing weight really no need.

12-13% you should carry on bulking just take it slower during the summer months aiming for 1-1.5lbs a month if you want to keep definition.

If you are 17 you shouldn't be cutting but eating nutritional food and exercising. Around the 23% would be my guess but doesn't matter progress on a decent weight training program and you will benefit from gaining more muscle.

Its not a set stone thing that turning 18 you can legally do it its just your hormones are primed to build muscle so cutting is limiting these effects. The problem with counting calories in general is that you can develop a unhealthy relationship with food and this has been found more in under 18's then any other age group, you may limit growth by restricting food sources such as carbs and fats which are essential when growing and hormonal changes of puberty.

If you feel you are too fat then just eat three meals a day consisting of lean meats, veg, fruit, wholegrains, unprocessed foods etc and then eat by hunger simply don't eat high processed foods and empty calories. Combined that with a decent weight training program and you will reap the most benefits as when you are below 18 (maybe even up to 21) your hormones are able to do a form of recomp just because your testosterone levels are at their highest. Therefore gain muscle and lose weight.

17% carry on bulking for longer. If you think you are gaining too much weight eat a smaller calorie surplus of around 200 calories over TDEE maintenance.

15-16%. You need to lean bulk by adding about 2lbs a month consuming 200-300 calories above TDEE maintenance.

Sounds like some pretty accurate scales but I say you were

Before:- 20%

After:- 15%

So close enough.

Currently in a 1000+ kcal a day deficit

I'm about five weeks into my cut (154.5ish lbs down to about 148.5ish lbs now), 5' 9. Was originally just gonna do a mini cut to shed excess bodyfat before continuing my bulk but I decided to extend it a bit longer because I was seeing good results. What percent would you say I'm at, and do you think 3 weeks is reasonable for the remaining lower ab fat to clear out?

Around 13-14%. No I would say not I am afraid generally losing lower fat will be around 9-10%.

Any idea what my Bodyfat percentage is right now? i always get stuck at this point and got a hard time losing fat under my belly and legs. dont want to cut all summer as i am 3 months into this cut already. Anyone have any idea and Tips on what to do to keep progressing? just want those summer abs you know!
