Hello all,
I would appreciate some estimates based on the photo I have in my gallery.
About 180lb, 5'9"
Arms are a bit tensed, rest of the body is fairly relaxed.
Thanks
Alright it's been 4.5 weeks since I started cutting and I dont think I lost any weight. I ate 2500 first 3 weeks and ive been eating 2200 for 1.5 weeks. Maybe I lost 1kg max but im not sure, atleast I know I havent lost much weight at all. Should I go down to 2000 now or keep eating 2200 for 1.5 weeks and then drop to 2000?

Ideas on what my BF% is my dudes?
Currently aiming for 2200 cals per day. Cutting for summer and ideally would like to drop 25lbs
in 9 weeks.
Lifting 5 days per week. Also walking 26 miles per week now. Any additional tips on this would be appreciated also.
Thanks in advance.
24-25%. That maybe too quick but you wont know until you try. Just remember to keep weight training on a proven weight training program, for every 10lbs you lose drop another 100 calories. Don't count back calories by exercise as well that will help a bit.

What's my rough BF%?
Also I used a TDEE calculator where I got around 2800-2900 kcal?
//imgur.com/usLGMrf
//imgur.com/mR4L1EM
Do these figures seem accurate after looking at my images.
23% about. Now deduct 500 calories off per day and that will be a good start 2300. I would then drop 100 calories whenever I lost 10lbs or 200 calories if a weight stall occurs for longer then 2 weeks.
What would you say?
I'd estimate 11%.
Maybe a touch lower at 10% as you can start seeing veins in the groin area and intercostal muscles.

Weight yourself then. It is the only way to know if you are losing weight.
Once you have a weight then consume 2200 calories for 2 weeks and see if your weight goes down. You will have to count all your calories not guess use a calorie counting system like myfitnesspal. If no weight lose then drop 200 calories and repeat. Make sure you lift weights on a proven weight training program like Fierce 5, Starting Strength, etc.

I started losing weight mostly by dieting and doing a little cardio about a year ago, since then I've lost 90lbs.
Really curious on my bf % estimate, and also of you think I have loose skin or mostly fat remaining. I'm not quite sure how to tell.
I've been doing weight training for about a month now as well. Thanks in advance for the estimates/replies.
Probably not so accurate body fat scale says I'm 15%

Touch lower around 13%. Usually ribs aren't very noticeable at 15% and you have V shape at the groin.
What's my current bf%? Is it 15 or 14?
18, 6'3", 170-ish.

I've recently started carb cycling and I'm just trying to get an idea of where I'm at BF% wise. I would like to get to 15% (This is my first time cutting--its been a year now so kind of sick of it) I don't really know when what the end result (ie bf 15% approx ) should look like.
Any guestimates would be helpful.

Hey. There's a long way to go to achieve 15%. However, the good thing is that you've only got fat in your belly which is easy to lose if you control your diet. Take a look at my gallery and see what having chest fat feels like. Even though I am down to 18% BF, still can't get rid of that.

20%. I would say just fat however if you are concerned I would advise seeing a doctor as true gynecomastia can only be diagnosed by a trained professional.

23-24%. Carb cycling does nothing for extra fat loss compared with normal calorie restriction. You should aim to lose about 1% of body weight per week. If you aren't losing weight for 2-3 weeks drop calories 200-300 and repeat.
15% generally is the level where you can see your core (not necessary your abs but certainly the core outline).

This is a very basic idea of what it looks like however this will vary dependent on the individuals lean body mass, age, genetic fat distribution etc. Have a little look around past estimates on this thread (even go back to the beginning even) and you will get an idea what 15% looks like.

feel like I’ve been cutting forever. I’ve made a lot of progress. I started out at 245 lbs, with almost no muscle. Currently I’m 193 lbs, 6’0”. I’m wondering what y’all estimate my bf% to be. I feel like I have all of this lose skin around my waist that will never go away and that it’s pointless for me to keep cutting. I’m feeling like I should go on a slow/clean bulk for 8 months or so. Thoughts? Pics below...

16-17% about. Yep sounds good really it will probably help the overall image as it will hopefully stretch the loose skin out a bit. Some will go if you add more muscle so aim to aid slowly (about 1.5-2lbs a month). You look pretty lean so go for it.
Hello guys,
i'm on a bulk since december.
end of november 2018 about 153 lbs and now (12.03.19) 165 lbs.
edit: 29 years old / 6'0 feet
can you please estimate my bodyfat - i think it's between 15~17% am i right?
also do you suggest continue bulking? if yes, how long? till 175 lbs?
thank you for ur help
I would say 14-15% max as you still have your ribs noticeable which generally you don't above 15%. Yes definetly keep bulking you look lean and adding muscle will offer the best results. 175-180lb sounds fine aim for that by gaining 2lbs a month and then review when you get there.

Sounds like the normal process until your muscles become more defined you just look small. The wonder definition has at making you look bigger and heavier then you actually are but its worth it when you get there.
