If anybody could give me an estimate, that'd be cool. Scale says around 16%, I did Jackson-Pollock 3-point and got 13.9 (dunno if I got good enough pinches, but it's what I got).
Male, 25yrs, 175lbs, 6'3", wear 32" waist jeans (but tape measure says 36" around, I have very womanly hips LMAO).
My pics are in my progress pictures
Thanks again!
Around 17% How much do you weigh? How tall are you?
Your diet sounds bad. You should be eating a balanced diet, not just a lot of protein. Also, that split is a mess. You'd be much better off with an established program like Candito Linear or Fierce 5.
I don't know how I missed that you were 15. I wouldn't cut. You should be able to build muscle fairly well at this age and cutting would detract from that.
Thanks for the advice
Any good tips on how I should split my workouts? All are usually done with dumbbells & bodyweight. I still want to get Chest/Abs & Arms in at least twice a week if possible. I could remove legs/shoulders/back to only one day because I'm not too worried about getting them built fast. Also I'm sorry for the multiple replies, I'm sure you have better things to do
Around 17% How much do you weigh? How tall are you?
Between 6'1-6'2 and right at 220. If I can get the middle ones showing I may be good as the bottom abs is where I tend to carry most of the weight. Would you say 14-15% be able to see atleast the middle ones?

You should train everything twice a week. I'd start with an upper/lower split. Prioritize compound movements, e.g. db bench, rows, pullups, lunges, rdls, etc.

You'll start to see more of your abs at 14-15%, but you'll need to get to 10-12% to see them clearly.

Is your back rounded in that picture? That will make your stomach look fatter than it actually is. Roughly 16% I'd say.

OP currently 205 lbs. 6'2. Pics in profile. How many pounds I gotta lose to be 10-11% by my body space pics?

Estimated body fat?
What is my bf%? I'm 5'6 (F), 26 years old, 117 pounds. I don't really have many gym pics. A lot of my workouts are either done in my home or on the beach (sprinting, yoga, and light weights). My goal is to get a 6-pack and lean out more, especially my lower half/thighs (lol). Am on a keto diet because epilepsy. My seizures have decreased :)

Hello Guys,
I just started my keto journey and here's what I've got so far :
Age : 28
Weight : 211 pounds
Height : 5.71 feet (174cm)
After about 8 months of serious weightlifting (5x5 program) I can tell my body looks leaner even though my weight hasn't dropped much.
My Current and Before pictures are in Bodyspace.
Am I correct in assuming I am leaner than 2 years ago ? What is my current bf ? (I estimated 26% with a skinfold caliper)
Thank you !

Thanks partyrocker -- 14-15% is about 5 - 10 pounds away and 10-12 probably closer to 20? Does that seem like an accurate estimate? And do you think once I get there should try to bulk some or just hold? Still want to maintain size.
-
Looking for an estimate as well. On the calipers, I'm around 10%, but I would guess I'm a bit higher than that.
I'm going more for the lean athletic look, so my focus for now is on shedding the last bit of fat to get the abs showing. Eventually, I do want to lean bulk and put on a bit of muscle too.
It's been a bit frustrating to be be consistently losing body fat, but still have that bulge in the lower an area that won't go away. I am hoping it is just stubborn fat, but it might be some loose skin issues too. It also may be a posture issue as well. Pics are in the profile and would appreciate opinions, thanks.

Hard to say. You're at least 30%. Calipers are more helpful if you're sub 20% (as a male).

Sounds about right. If you're happy where you are at the end of the cut, then maintain. If you want more muscle, then bulk.

I'd say 13% It looks like fat vs. loose skin. Would need a side picture to see if it's posture related.

Hey everybody Im 5'8 20 years old and about 155 lbs and I want to know what is my my body fat percentage and can anyone give me any advice If im ready to bulk or keep cutting? My goal is to have that lean body look I started working out a little more than a year ago and I lost a lot of weight since than and gained some muscle but muscle growth kind of slowed down because I'm guessing I can't build muscle and lose fat anymore like I used to in the beginning. Thank you

Around 16% I'd cut a little bit more, 5-8lbs, and bulk from there.

Thanks, can I start bulking now? Or should I cut more? My end goal is more geared towards aesthetics but I feel I don't have much muscle so it would be difficult to have great abs in my current state. What do you think?

You can start now. I would eat at maintenance for about a week or so and then start adding calories, so you gain about 2lbs/month

Hey guys I don't know if this is the proper place to ask this. But I did a dexa scan today I am quite lean I weigh 147.2 and I am 5'10. According to the dexa I have a total of 26 percent total body fat, in my trainers handheld device I was 10% which seems odd since I am quite skinny the, test revealed that I don't have much visceral fat. But the majority of fat is concentrated in my trunk and legs, my trunk has about 20 lbs of fat and my legs have 11.9 . My body has a total of 37.8 lbs of fat. My trainer wanted to start me on a clean bulk but seeing these results should I just continue to cut? I am currently on a low carb, high protein diet.

thank you. Bit of a strange question, but what % do i need to be at and how long roughly would it take to look good in a t-shirt and shorts. By that I mean no moobs/stomach/love handles noticeable? I know it's strange but thats my goal as opposed to being ripped.
