Around 15%- could be a touch less. I'd reckon you'll reach your goal around 170.

Don't use the Jackson-Pollock caliper method. It underestimates significantly. Try Durnin-Womersley instead which I find fantastic.
I see you at around 16% BF.

wk1 = 178 lbs, 5'10"
wk2 = 171 lbs, height stayed same !
And currently sitting around 165 lbs but still not as lean as I would like, still feel like I look the same as the 2nd picture despite losing an inch or two in waist measurement. Feel like some of it may be due to water retention and diet screwing with my head but I'm not too sure. How much would you estimate I have to lose to be 8-10% bf or just generally lean, wanna be aesthetic for once in my life instead of a fat fuk.

Nah man you are FAR from fat don't be too critical of yourself! I'd say round midteens ish maybe slightly higher tho for bf

Maybe 15% Hard to tell w/ the phone in the way. I would not cut down to 8-10%. You don't have enough mass for that yet; you'll just be scrawny.

You don't have much to cut down to. I'd probably lean bulk for a while and then cut.

Oh sorry. Its 153 pounds at "6ft". 19 yrs old.
i started to cut after a long bulk (1.5yrs).. Went from 164 to 153 lbs (Current weight) during the cut (2 months in).
Measurements: Waist went from 34 to 30, Biceps from 14.5 to 14.2. I can feel my abs by hand, all the lines between.

You'll need to get to 10-12% bf to have a six pack, and I wouldn't cut that low until you have more muscle. You'll just look scrawny.
Cut another 5lbs, then lean bulk and cut again. The second time around, you should be able to reach 10-12% and have more to show for it.
